I feel cheated by ATI…read more I have been called ATI to try to solve statement balance issue, but every time I call I get an answer that some associate will call me back in few days but it never happens. When I did my physical therapy section at ATI in Elgin, I was informed that I had to pay 5 UDS for each session, and the remaining balance will be paid by my health plan. Then few weeks later when all physical therapy section was already done, I got a more than 2000USD bill. I did many complains, but seems nobody at ATI is taking care of this..
