From the very first time I called, the staff have gone above and beyond to provide personalized attention. When you call in you talk to a Physical Therapist directly. They can answer questions and help you find the best solutions right away. They have even called me back without me leaving a message to make sure I'm taken care of! Holly has been nothing short of amazing. The treatment plan she's put me on provided relief and results quickly. I love that I'm her only client during our sessions. Holly shows a passion for wanting to help people and she is always thinking of how my treatment plan can adjust to help my overall health. Shes very knowledgeable about different and new treatment methods that can help you get results. She's always so kind and makes me feel valued as a client. I had previously gone through treatment through one of the bigger chains in Greenville and saw no results and was treated like a number waiting for my therapist to handle 2-3 patients at once. Purposed Physical Therapy makes me excited to come to my appointments and keeps challenging me in new ways. I really appreciate the care provided by everyone who works there!

Conveniently located just off Woodruff Rd and E Butler Rd. The one-on-one attention is fantastic. Everything is thoroughly explained, all questions are answered, and printouts of the exercises are given. He does not accept any form of insurance, so be prepared to pay up front for his services. That being said, his goal is to get you better and stop seeing you, not to keep you coming there to collect a payment! After just one visit my wife's hips and knees feel better than they have in a long time. Highly recommend.

I was also experiencing long term post concussion symptoms from about a year and a half prior. The initial phone call was thorough to start. Dr. Kat is very knowledgeable! After 6 sessions, my symptoms are virtually GONE! I sat in the backseat of an hour long car ride after about 4 sessions and was fine. Before we started, reading a book in bed with the ceiling fan on was nauseating; I had to turn the fan off. Sitting in the front seat of someone's car made me very unwell-nauseous and dizzy. This week I was able to read with the ceiling fan on! These things we may not realize are not healthy - something is off. Rebalancing the inner ear is exactly what I needed and I've made HUGE improvements these past few months! She also did dry needling for my neck and got those knots cleared out! HIGHLY recommend!

I hesitated on my review because I LOVE the physical therapists at the office and even the personal…read moretrainers. However, this review is mainly about the billing office. I had met my deductible and Elite was in network. The billing rep who got in touch as soon as I was referred there by my PCP checked on coverage and told me that every visit would be $20, so we scheduled for 2 visits per week based on this. After going to Elite for about six months I received a bill for $1200. I checked out all of the charges and some visits were billed for over $300. I've had three people in billing tell me three different reasons - "we couldn't have known what insurance would cover" "your insurance coverage changed half way through the year" "actually it was 20% not $20". All of these reasons were incorrect and I've been sent now four different bills with different numbers. I'm somehow down to $600 (changes made without any reason behind it from their perspective - why would that be if they did everything correct on their side?) and my insurance told me to appeal it, so I am. Before I did, I contacted billing to see if they could do anything and was rudely told "go ahead and appeal." She even had the audacity to tell me I should have gotten a quote in writing and signed by the billing rep (who CALLED me with pricing). Sadly, I will not be returning to an incredible staff because the billing procedures are trash and they flat out lie. If you decide to go here get all the quotes in writing.

An older woman was learning to use her walker and I was wedged into a section next to a wheelchair (unoccupied) and right across from where she was practicing. There was no real problem except I felt that I was intruding and to leave that area meant maneuvering around her, her walker, her husband and her therapist to get to the other "U" configuration of seating where another couple was already ensconced. My therapist, Sara, was friendly and upbeat and encouraging about my therapy plan. Unfortunately, the room was HOT AS BLUE BLAZES!! She agreed it was warm and offered me the clip board with my records as a make-do fan. It helped. Nonetheless,by the time I was being checked and manipulated, I was a sweaty mess. She was clear about her suggestions for my therapy and I left understanding what my course of treatment will be. When I was scheduling for my next treatments, there were staff loudly discussing the weekend , and others asking why people did something a certain way and the answer was "Because they're MEN!" Perhaps this type of dialogue might be better limited to the break room? There is ample parking very convenient to the exterior door and the practice is immediately inside that door so all that was quite convenient.
