I loved going 3 days a week and I am a proud graduate of Agape Physical Therapy. Elizabeth and Eric are absolutely amazing Therapists and they worked so very hard with the pain in my elbow and shoulder. The exercises I continue to complete at home, also are strengthening both areas. I was able to play pickleball throughout my therapy, allowing both Eric and Elizabeth to focus on the areas after playing. I am continuing to play Pickleball 2 times a week, and competing in tournaments, pain free. Both Elizabeth and Eric were super kind and patient with my progress. They are incredibly knowledgeable and had a plan immediately after my first initial visit. I think the world of them both and thank them so much for their dedicated work with me. Jennifer, always welcomed me as I entered Agape. She was so patient scheduling my appointments around what was convenient for me. On my first day at Agape, Jennifer had all insurance information prepared, and I had a clear understanding of my copays for my time at Agape! She is absolutely amazing and organized with scheduling as well as the insurance aspect of her job! Jenna who is the Physical Therapy Assistant was super helpful keeping me on track with all my exercises. Jenna always provided me with all my stretch bands, weights, and all other exercise equipment needed. She was incredibly helpful and organized with my treatment. I absolutely loved going to Agape for the 2months I was in physical therapy. I had the best experience of any place I've previously had physical therapy, for other injuries. My sincere thanks to Elizabeth, Eric, Jennifer, and Jenna for their expertise, kindness, patience, and knowledge over these past 2 months. I made an appointment at the Elkton office. I was treated by the PA, never met Dr. Lee. I was…read moreinstructed to return for a follow up visit in 2 weeks. The receptionist failed to inform me that they are only in elkton on Mondays, so what do you think happened on my next visit? I show up at the elkton office . I called elkton and they were very apologetic and was able to get me in the Bel Air office with in an hour. Upon my arrival at the office everything went as normal I was called in the back after only waiting for 15 minutes, vital signs were taking and a bunch of standard questions. I had to wait to be seen by the PA, which wasn't a problem. I waited for 45 minutes only for him to enter the room in a disarray and act as if he didn't remember anything we discussed during my first visit. I thought that was one of the many reasons for computer documentation. Long story short. I ended up leaving the visit early and very upset. He left me in the room saying he'd be back. I could here him chatting a way with a male coworkers about something not pertaining to work as if I wasn't in the room waiting. Word of advice Dr. Lee, train your staff more effectively. You just lost me as a patient.

After my initial consultation, I knew that I wanted Dr. Chavis to be the one to help me in my recovery (injury at work to my L4, L5 and SI joint). He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. He explains exactly what his goals are for YOUR health, but listens to your every concern and makes you feel important. There are plenty of chiropractors located closer to me, but I consciously choose to stay with Dr. Chavis, regardless of distance. Willie taught me the exercise known as the Pelvic Tilt which is a life savor. My wife has problems with bicep tendonitis which he is currently treating her. She is getting better and better after each session. I also had bicep tendonitis and it does not go away overnight. It take a while. Also the staff is is very courteous ans will work with you if you have to change an appointment!
