This company's lack of communication is disheartening. I've left a total of 9 messages and called the adjuster, her supervisor and someone else by the name of Nicholas Sandate 16 times. I have yet to hear back from Priscilla Hernandez and Anel Contreras called once to say she wasn't who I needed to speak with. -_- This is by far, thee absolute WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY in the history of insurance companies. It's not worth the cheap monthly premiums. Do not go with them if you're on the fence.
