Waited 35 mins the provider comes in (Jessica Jackson) informs me I've probly caught COVID from my husband and if she tested for strep it would be positive due to I had it 4 weeks prior . Then says no fever I said yes this morning she said none now I said I don't know the girl didn't check it we went through this 3 times she said it would have been a swipe across the forehead . Duh I told her again she never checked it . They couldn't find where I had been there Dec 20 2024 or had any medication prescribe to me . Proceeded to say are you sure you came here ? I said yes I came here .sent a script in for cough tabs . Ask if I had any questions no I don't because I don't think she could have answered them . She did no temp . She said guess the Tylenol is working !! Looks in my throat says ohh it is red but I don't see no pockets ! Meaning pus pockets . Never done one test said if your chest starts hurting go to ER . Just a heads up not sure why she didn't want do any testing at all .. strep rsv covid and over 25 virus are going around . I called the clinic to find out her name the girl said isn't on your discharge papers I said no I didn't get no discharge papers put me on hold to see who it was I saw . One unhappy patient .

There was only one PT working there when I went back in January. The PT was overloaded and all PT is done by PT Assistants. I was there for sciatica pain but due to an inexperienced Assistant doing hip adjustments on me, he did more harm than good. I told them after 5 sessions I was in more pain than when I came in, but the PT didn't have time to see me. At the advice of my Primary, I finally told them I couldn't do any more therapy because of the pain. My Primary made an appointment for me with a Orthopedic specialist. From x-rays and an MRI it was determined that the Assistant had pinched a nerve when doing, in my opinion, over agressive adjustments. There was nothing to be done to repair the damage done other than slow healing. It's been almost four months and I still have issues. The young PT Assistant needed to be more closely supervised when doing any adjustments that are related to the spine. My advice is Athletico is ok if you are doing rehab on something routine but not on any hip or spinal issue.
