He paid it not knowing that I had set up payments. When I called and spoke to the office manager, Gail, she said they could not do anything. It is the job of the receptionist to "dun" people for full payment, regardless of any previous arrangements. There are other orthopedists in OKC without having to go thru this rigid billing office.

Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). But this facility and its operating procedure has drastically declined.I had to go to the ER the day before Surgery for a blood draw between 8-10 am arrived ,doors locked dirty entry ,finally got a response and the blood draw area was very unkept and dirty .When I enquired about the condition ,the tech was in agreement and said their cleaning guy did not show up.My remark to staff was ,no backup plan? After new hip surgery my first encounter with the bathroom was horrific and painful,no handicap toilet and once I got seated my care giver had a call to attend to and left me for 15 minutes my granddaughter helped me back to my bed. I was assured medications would be available and encouraged not to run out and reorder when I was getting low.That was a Joke ! Fri 11/28 facing the weekend I called to refill the meds at 1:30 in the afternoon they were closed.Monday morning I received a callback and was told it was ok I actually could not get a refill till Monday anyway.I am 80 years old and this is not the way this facility was in the past nor is it acceptable now.

I had been given numerous recommendations for physical therapy, but after choosing OSSPT and seeing the team in action there was no doubt I was in good hands! I had undergone major surgeries to rebuild both legs (including total knee replacement). Dr. Kaytlyn Hansmeyer absolutely performed magic in skillfully restoring both of my legs to full mobility (walking 5+ miles, climbing 20+ flights of stairs, biking, swimming and more...)! Her professionalism and care were most excellent and much appreciated! Each leg had serious issues following surgery. Kaytlyn patiently listened to my complaints and demonstrated a high degree of expertise as she addressed and resolved each issue. My major near-term goal was to be physically fit to serve as Sports Director at a youth camp in Hawaii next month (June).
