I was diagnosed with PD 2 years ago and had a hip replacement in November of last year. Also, I have scoliosis and osteoarthritis. Anne has treated my hip and back with physical therapy and also with a fairly new procedure called dry needle. The very thin dry needle is inserted into muscle in my back and moved around to lessen the tightness of the muscle. I had the procedure done twice and it has helped my pain and stiffness in my back a lot. I would recommend Ms. Signorelli because she is an excellent physical therapist with lots of knowledge and training and she will seek the best treatment for her patients.

I just finished my PT with Kyle Correia at APEX Network PT in Celina. I had a full rotator cuff…read moretear and bicep tear and had surgery to repair them on November 14th of last year. I was apprehensive at first about PT as I did not move my arm at all for 6 weeks while in the sling. Kyle was very careful, and gentle, when PT began after the stitches were removed (just before Thanksgiving). Each week of therapy showed increased improvement of ROM. He did give me exercises to do at home, (pulleys, stretches, weights) which I did religiously, and I know that has helped me immensely. You do have to do some work at home to keep things moving. He does push you a bit but that's his job. He has an easy going manner but he stays on task and is constantly checking on my well being. Colleen is a great addition to the staff as well. Friendly, very competent, and was gentle but firm in my therapy when she took care of me. Keisha, in the front office, always has a smile on her face and a kind word whether you're coming or going. That makes a big difference compared to some places I've been. All in all I would highly recommend Apex Network Physical Therapy to anyone who wants to get right after surgery or injury. I wish I could give Vista PT 5 stars. Truly. And as for my physical therapist, Zoey, she earned…read moreherself 10 stars! However, there is a big problem with Vista PT in Mckinney. After submitting my referral from my surgeon as well as all of my insurance documents, including an email containing a screenshot that my deductible had already been 100% met as requested by Vista. I was told by reception/billing that my copay for each visit would be $21. Great! I booked twice weekly appointments and began my healing! Each visit I paid my $21 prior to each appointment. Imagine my surprise when suddenly I received a bill for almost $600 in the snail mail. I have worked tirelessly with Vista's billing department (out of state BTW) in conjunction with my insurance (upwards of a total of 8-10 separate phone calls) to no avail. Naturally, I have halted my PT and am simply left to continue the exercises I already was assigned and utilizing online resources to try to remedy my issues post 2 surgeries. Vista claims this is not their issue and the bill must be paid instead of working to correct the issue. I am now left to pay over $600 for a total of 11 visits with Vista PT. Just not right and unethical IMHO. Just be aware this may happen regardless of what the office may tell you upfront regarding billing prior to your first appointment. Very disappointed.

I left with pain in my good hip after the ridiculous exercises that were guessed on the fly. The final straw was they had the front receptionist add deep heat. She sat down the electric connections to be plugged in to ?? She put the heat pack in the wrong area. Then someone else (another hand off) to set a timer. They left. The timer went off for almost 5 minutes before they returned. I will never go back there.

The second was absolutely no help and was a joke, tbh. Upon moving to McKinney, ChiroConcepts was the initial chiropractor I went to after a car accident that I was in. The amount of questions they asked me about my specific pains was surprising and I swear it felt the questions just went on and on, but in a good way because the questions being asked, I've NEVER been asked those questions before and the descriptions creepily described exactly how I was feeling. Because of the accident, they went through a RANGE of measurements. Again, shocking to me. They took X-Rays and started me on some "feel good treatment". After the first treatment of the back rolling table (this is heaven to me, btw) to relax my back muscles, Dr. Tyler went through my X-Rays with me. The other place said 24-48 hours, maybe 72 to get the X-Rays back. Chiro Concepts did it in minutes. Doc got me on the table and got to popping. He said, "remember this area in your neck on the X-Ray? Here it comes..." *crack* I had to go to another chiropractor after the initial time and fought like hell to get back in to Chiro Concepts. I look forward to coming here. I try to pop my lower my back on my own and so far, it's never failed that it pops on its own right before Dr. Tyler does it and it feels soooooooooo good. I swear, I feel so much better every time I leave here. Every massage I've ever had has always been to try to get my lower back and it just never got all the way better. This is what I was missing the whole time. This place is literally changing my life because I'm able to do things again without pain. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
