This was a Christmas present from my wife and when she called for a refund, she was told you would not give a refund. Im not sure why I would come back for service when it was obviously too difficult for anyone to show up to my appointment in the first place. I've never been to your location and after being treated like this. I cant imaging ever coming back after being treated so poorly and responded to so unprofessionaly after requesting a refund.

Sally, the PA, was warm and thorough. She explained my break and the treatment options in a way that made everything feel a little less intimidating. Then Dr. Bruggeman came in with that same mix of professionalism and kindness, and together they quickly determined surgery was needed. Here's the kicker: they scheduled my surgery that same day! I had to juggle a few things at work, but honestly, I was just so grateful to get the process started and my wrist on the mend. This wasn't my first rodeo with Ortho Nebraska (shoutout to my other wrist and a few stubborn shoulders), and once again, they proved why I'll keep coming back...I just really hope I don't have to for a while. My surgeon, Dr. Sayfe Jassim, has this whole process down to an art form, from pre-surgery to using robotics and a minimally invasive procedure to a post-operative medication and physical therapy plan that is well planned and requires me to participate. He gave me realistic expectations and practical advice as well as some great deep tissue work. He uses an arsenal of massage techniques and is knowledgable on human anatomy. His office is very calming and he puts you at ease so you get a positive, productive workout. I had gone to chiropractor's for many years for severe sciatica and migraine's. I'd have to go back every 3-4 months to get enough treatment so I could continue to work. Hossam resolved the problem's in about 6-8 weeks and I haven't had any problems in almost 2 years. In the past year I've had both a left and right total knee replacement. My doctor has been impressed at my 1st pre-op appointments because I was ahead of schedule with regaining my range of motion. I credit Hossam's recommendation to do pre-op PT and getting my muscles built up before surgery. I got full recovery of range of motion, and balance after the replacements.
