Well, that's pretty much what happened after I started seeing Dr. Adam at Behm Muscle and Joint clinic. My sister and brother in law have been seeing Dr. Adam for awhile and now that I have insurance that covers chiropractic care I felt like I had nothing to lose when I was thinking about chiropractic care. Setting up an appointement and filling out the necessary paperwork was a breeze. The clinic website has it set up where you can fill out most of the information online and I think I may have had to sign a few things when I got there but I honestly don't remember because once I started seeing him my muscle pain went away. He starts out asking you a few questions and then determines what the best way to treat you is. At Behm Muscle & Joint I have now had my back adjusted, learned new stretches to help my shoulders and back, had dry needling done and he even scraped my muscles with this medal instrument that looks painful but it wasn't that bad. I love that Dr. Adam goes beyond just adjusting your back, he gives me exercises and stretches to do at home, reminds me how much water I need to drink every day and is always checking in to make sure I'm not feeling pain during my appointment. I have recommended him to one of my friends as well and I know she is finally feeling relief. Dr. Adam and his staff are friendly and welcoming. I chose Fyzical because of the distance to the house and because I had driven or walked past it so many times in the past. I am glad I did! I worked with Tom, Danny and April. All were knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Look, if I have to go somewhere 3 times a week for an hour I would like it to be sort of enjoyable. The staff were all very accommodating. If I had to cancel because of the weather, they understood and would try to work a reschedule as soon as possible. It is true, what they say, if you are hurting more after PT than before you went in, you aren't doing it right. Listen to the people here, they know what they are talking about. I did the work there and at home and I am almost back to normal after a short 4 months after surgery! Added bonus! They are within hobbling distance to some of the great places in Blackstone!

I can't believe the improvements in my daily work routine, sure I'm still sore. I wasn't expecting a miracle, still it's a noticeable improvement. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks to see what gains are to be had. Hoping to find surgery isn't needed if I stick to the exercises that I am being given. The hours work with my schedule and I'm very thankful for that rather than taking time off at work.
