Knock on wood, I have only been a visitor to Forte, and not a patient. But I've known three people…read morewho have been patients at Forte, and all of them have had great experiences here. These patients sing praises about Forte, from the doctors to the nurses to the efficient people at the front desk. From a visitor's point of view, Forte is great. They are very straightforward with their instructions, which I appreciate. Just tell me what to do and what to expect, and I'll do it and expect it. Everything went pretty much according to what they said. They have a smoothly running system here. Visitors can help themselves to the unlimited coffee and water at the coffee and water station. This is where the Little Free Library is located! The waiting room also has multiple seating arrangements, from high-top desks to comfy chairs to love seats. Or, if you need something to eat or drink, there's a cafe on the first floor. (See my separate review for La Verna Cafe.) The waiting room is airy and bright. One thing that's kinda weird is that a "cruise director" comes and talks about what to expect with your surgery ... right in the waiting room, among all those random people. That seems unusual, right? However, there are private rooms that you're taken to when the time comes to talk about your particular case with the doctor. As a visitor who is not a patient, Forte is great. But I've been told that it's also great being a patient here, so there's that.

If you need Physical Therapy, look no further because Community PT Carmel is a great place to go…read more I have been to a lot of Physical Therapy practices over the years with my knees, shoulder, hip, and feet, as well as with my teens and mother-in-law. Of course the PTs are all competent and the facilities all have the equipment you need (wooden steps, bikes, tables, straps, etc.) but you have to find a PT with the personality that works with you and an environment that is comfortable. I have seen my share of mediocre experiences -- large chaotic rooms full of dozens of PTs & dozens of patients, or a room of PTs talking about their weekend more that focusing on their patients, or front desk personnel that give you a list of appts. only to find out later that each appt. is with a different PT (does NOT work well)! I or my relatives have been to PT at St. V., Methodist Sports Ctr., ATI, Body One, IU, Carmel Rehab & more. Community PT Carmel is my favorite for many reasons: it has a convenient location, easy parking, walk in building and it is right there (car to front desk = 1 min. max.), little wait, good & helpful front desk personnel, and just 3 PTs and therefore no more than 6 in the room so it is easy to focus and get attentive care. I have had sessions with two of their PTs for knee and feet issues: Amy Guillaume and Brett McDonald, and both are very good at what they do, as well as being just nice and pleasant people who communicate well and care. It is a good, calm, effective experience from the beginning to the end -- Community PT Carmel!

They focus on strengthing and repairing the body as it was before or even better. The receptionist and all the therapists are compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and take your success seriously. They have the equipment, training and skills I'm looking for. My doctor ordered water therapy to assist with my therapy the first time I was a patient. It was amazing as you no more step into the pool than the pain disappears while completing the excersises. I've just completed almost 2 months of therapy and my confidence and balance is returning when I attempt many of the exercises. I have at least another 6 to 8 weeks to correct and restore my physical capabilities. It will take time and hard work to repair my physical coordination and agility. I've been in the hospital 4 times in the past 4 months and inpatient at two rehab centers. Now I'm praying to heal quickly and stay out of the hospital. Select Physical Therapy is helping me regain my strength and body functions I cannot perform. I'm looking forward to returning to at least performing 75% - 80% of my skill sets. Great work done here.

My therapist, Molly, is knowledgeable, friendly and focused through our hourly sessions. Under her care, I have gained most of my mobility back. I have also worked with Elise, who was an excellent provider as well. The entire staff is friendly and greets patients by name when they arrive. Generally, appointments can be adjusted to fit the patients schedule. Parking is easy out front. The location is convenient with easy in/out. I deduct one point for the association with Ascension, who reminds us that money comes first, followed by healthcare. The paperwork is frustrating.

After my initial consultation a care plan was developed. From that point on the process was completely seamless. Due to another condition I have, my procedure was a bit more complicated and required multiple disciplines. The communication and coordination from ISG was fantastic. The entire staff at ISG, from the office to the surgeons, are concerned and caring. They are on time and efficient. Something you don't experience in health care often. It's been 5 days since my procedure and the constant pain in my leg is gone. Thank you Dr. Ye, Dr, Robinson, Bobby and Kaitlin. I am so looking forward to a full recovery and a new pain free life. I have been a patient of Dr. Arbuckle's for about two years while dealing with lower back pain…read morethat, for a long time, had no clear explanation. Throughout this journey, I have had several injections and two ablations, and through every step, Dr. Arbuckle never gave up on finding answers and helping me find relief. What I appreciate most about Dr. Arbuckle is that he truly listens. He takes the time to hear my concerns, explains things in a way I can understand, and always makes sure I know what the next steps are. Even when something didn't work as hoped, he continued to look for solutions rather than giving up. Chronic pain can be incredibly frustrating and exhausting, especially when you don't have a clear explanation for why you're hurting. Having a doctor who is patient, compassionate, persistent, and genuinely invested in helping makes all the difference. I am extremely grateful for the care I have received from Dr. Arbuckle and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic back pain. He has truly been a wonderful doctor throughout this entire journey.
