My therapists were Jeff Gaich and Robin Dal Santo and you can tell they both love what they do and it shows with each interaction I personally experienced and the ones I seen with their other patients when I was there. Their office space was clean, played great music and had a warm feel to it, which works because their staff treats you like a part of their family. Corey, who works the front desk and also assists the therapists, was a joy to be around and when a death in my family suddenly occurred she was very caring and understanding with me rescheduling my appointments towards the end of my rehab. When I arrived after that, Robin, Jeff and Corey showed me compassion, concern and helped me stay positive through that hard time. They are truly a cut above the rest. My wrist feels stronger than ever and at 100% again because of them. I HIGHLY recommend PTSIR for any of your rehabilitation needs!

I was recommended to this woman owned business from my podiatrist who has a business near the area…read more I decided to try them in November, 2024. I was shocked how large this facility is. I have been to prior physical therapy business where there was only 1 therapist who dealt with you solely and I have also been to other therapy businesses where there are several therapists to choose from to get your therapy. I feel it's only fair to break down this review/rating into categories: Location: 2 stars - convenient Beverly location with ample parking in their private lot. I didn't feel comfortable parking in the lot - although there are tall light posts back there, they don't come on and it's completely dark in the lot. I would try my best to park on the side of the business but it's limited parking over there and they had started construction in that area as well where temporarily you couldn't park in those spaces. Treatment: 4 stars - physical therapists really work hard to help your condition. They thoroughly massage the injured area, give you exercises at the facility and at home. I feel the treatment did help my foot quite a bit. I didn't like the fact that even though I could of had an appointment with my scheduled therapist, if they were still working on someone, another therapist would guide you as to what your therapist notes are to do until your therapist is available. Staff: 2 stars - front desk staff was nice and friendly. The physical therapists were friendly as well which I could appreciate. What I didn't like is the unprofessionalism that not all but a few of the therapists had. While I would be getting my massages, certain therapists would be talking negatively about other clients out in the open by either saying their name outright or using first initial, last initial in front of everyone. I was also directly given information from two therapists about patients there (who they liked, who they didn't) and as a client, I shouldn't be told about any of that, it made me uncomfortable. I'm not going to be trusting that when I'm not around that I won't get talked about too and it's a valid concern. Staff needs to have a level or professionalism and be very careful also what's talked about due to HIPAA laws. Privacy: 1 star - The facility is built very well - each station had a table with a surrounding curtain to use for privacy but they were not being used most of the time (I only saw it used once while there). I saw body parts that I shouldn't of seen (e.g. a man's fully bare hairy chest (and he was a big man). These curtains should be used to give the privacy necessary for who is being treated and other clients around. That's what they are there for. Equipment: 5 stars - There is all kinds of equipment there to help you with whatever ailment on your body you have from exercise machines to balls to ultrasound machines for massage/pain therapy. I'm glad this business was able to help me but I do hope the things mentioned can be worked on because they are serious issues that can make or break someone continuing to use this facility.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Joint Pro Physical Therapy in Frankfort. After suffering…read morean MCL sprain, I struggled for months to walk normally and with no pain. I had always been someone who loved hiking daily, riding my bike, and staying active, but over the past year I had to give up so many things I loved because of the pain and limitations. When my doctor finally referred me to physical therapy, I honestly wasn't sure it would work. But I committed to the process -- I went three times a week for a little over two months and followed all of my home exercises -- and the results have been life-changing. I saw my doctor yesterday, and she was amazed by my improvement. I can now ride my bike for an hour, walk for over an hour, and I'm reaching my goal of 10,000 steps a day on top of my bike rides! I still remember when a five-minute walk was painful, so being able to do the things I love again feels like a miracle. I have to give a very special thank you to Kim, who answered my first phone call and immediately showed the genuine care and compassion that sets this place apart. Her customer service and kindness made such an impression. I also want to thank my amazing therapists Josh, Angie, Joe, Colleen, Rae, and everyone else who helped me along the way (I apologize if I missed anyone or misspelled a name!). The entire team at Joint Pro is truly heaven-sent. I'm emotional just thinking about the difference they made in my life. When you can't walk without pain, you realize how much you take for granted -- and this team helped give me my freedom back. As a nurse myself, I always thought "nurses rock" , but I now have a whole new level of love and respect for physical therapists and the incredible impact they have on people's lives. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I will forever be grateful for what you've done for me!

This location and company was formally under the name of NOVACARE. It is now RUSH. I have been coming here on and off for many years. JERRY DAVIS IS A GAME CHANGER! I have been to several other therapy providers in the past. None compare to this. I have been treated for several injuries as well as hip and knee replacement here. I had complications with both surgeries especially my knee because of my body. I was suffering so bad I thought it would never be the same but I was wrong. Not only is the expertise of Jerry and his staff a key differentiator but so is the personal 1 on 1 attention and coaching you get on each visit. I am currently being treated for a fractured spine. I was in bad shape when I came here for this and now I am back to normal life. This guy must have magic hands and should be insured by Lloyds of London or something. I had a 2 day headache going recently and he was able to get rid of it in about 3 minutes using hands on therapy on my neck. This is a after2 days of pain medication that did not help. WOW to say the least! I have had my family and many friends treated here on multiple occasions and their experience and feedback is the same as mine. I have an upcoming hip replacement and you can bet I will be back here again without question. So what are you waiting for?
