Being my first time doing rehab therapy, I was happy I found Athletico. Chas Frey, PT was my therapist and he is great! The complete staff at Athletico are friendly and courteous. I had a complete knee replacement so that's why therapy. Chas evaluated and set up an exercise plan for my benefit. Chas is friendly, gentle but persuading and knowledgeable in his job. Chas showed me things I would be doing later in therapy and I thought, no way! Guess what, with his plan of therapy I got there! I can't say I ever felt pressured to do exercises. I could go at my own pace with his encouragement every step of the way. I am very happy with my outcome from therapy. I recently completed six weeks of physical therapy with Erica Meiring, PT and Crystal Kurtz, PTA. This was my first encounter with pt and I was pleased and satisfied with my experience at the Dundee location. Both therapists were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely supportive. I found the atmosphere of the clinic to be comfortable and inviting. Amanda, the office manager, was helpful and friendly with scheduling appointments and answering any questions dealing with insurance and payments. Excellent first experience with PT. I came to Athletico because of a pain I felt in my left arm. After years of a continous headache due to a neck injury, I am pain free. The entire staff is great and helpful. Dr. Frey worked with me for several weeks teaching me exercises that will keep my neck and shoulders strong so that I can remain pain free.
