This was one of the most important things to me in choosing a chiropractor as I was only going to be in the area for only a few months and wanted to make sure that if I paid for x-rays that I would be able to use them for my next chiropractor. I communicated this to Dr. Gorman, and he was very nice and explained that he would release my x-rays to me so that I could have them when I moved. Before I moved from the area, I asked about them several times, and never received them. After I had moved cross country, I called several times inquiring about the X-rays, but no one ever answered. Finally, I got a hold of the receptionist who told me she could not mail x-rays to me. I am very dissapointed in this business. One of the most important things to me is that a small business is honest - especially when its dealing with your health. I would not trust this doctor's office. I went to this office with moderate to severe pain. I have been a migraine sufferer for years, and have been going to chiropractors since childhood. At first I felt quite comfortable there, staff was friendly, and Dr. Gorman seemed genuinely interested in helping me at the beginning, and I began see improvement in my health. After two visits to the office, I was scheduled to begin seeing him 3 times a week. I have always been told (by every chiropractor I have ever gone to) that I should never go more than twice a week for the type of adjustments I receive. Our bodies need proper healing and adjustment time. At times I was even scheduled for next day appointments. I am just warning you - he may be a good chiropractor at first, but be careful his office may try to push you to spend more than your comfortable with and then deny you your x-rays when you move or switch chiropractors.
