Always helpful and polite. The office/clinic is clean and welcoming. Dr. Smith, her husband Dr. Trax and her niece are a great team. Even if you see one of them exclusively the other would cover for them if one is not available. Dr. Smith is caring, gentle, but at the same time is able to do what she does so well! This was one of the most important things to me in choosing a chiropractor as I was only going to be in the area for only a few months and wanted to make sure that if I paid for x-rays that I would be able to use them for my next chiropractor. I communicated this to Dr. Gorman, and he was very nice and explained that he would release my x-rays to me so that I could have them when I moved. Before I moved from the area, I asked about them several times, and never received them. After I had moved cross country, I called several times inquiring about the X-rays, but no one ever answered. Finally, I got a hold of the receptionist who told me she could not mail x-rays to me. I am very dissapointed in this business. One of the most important things to me is that a small business is honest - especially when its dealing with your health. I would not trust this doctor's office. I went to this office with moderate to severe pain. I have been a migraine sufferer for years, and have been going to chiropractors since childhood. At first I felt quite comfortable there, staff was friendly, and Dr. Gorman seemed genuinely interested in helping me at the beginning, and I began see improvement in my health. After two visits to the office, I was scheduled to begin seeing him 3 times a week. I have always been told (by every chiropractor I have ever gone to) that I should never go more than twice a week for the type of adjustments I receive. Our bodies need proper healing and adjustment time. At times I was even scheduled for next day appointments. I am just warning you - he may be a good chiropractor at first, but be careful his office may try to push you to spend more than your comfortable with and then deny you your x-rays when you move or switch chiropractors.
