Damaged as well. *waited an hour for them to come up with a make shift fix. The jacket was ruined. My son is in the Navy and they knew that. I had one chance to make this jacket right. It had already been altered to fit him. This jacket was for his Wedding day on 12/22!! My son flies in and refuses to wear the jacket. I hunt around town and finally found one that we have no option but to use. My son is 6'3" and thin. It's not easy to find suit jackets to fit him. I then emailed to find a way to resolve the matter and was informed that all they could do to help me out is refund me $10 for the cost of the print. Horrible!!

I had trouble digitally designing the logo for our shirt and didn't know how to make the quality better to be suitable for printing. The team here helped me out SO much and was able to fix our digital issues and work with us. I honestly would not have been able to do it without their help. They were super friendly, helpful AND were very quick with responding (which was super important because we had a deadline). Its a small business so their attention to customer service couldnt have been any better. We had about 50 shirts finished well before the deadline and the quality is amazing! We get so many compliments on our shirts and you can tell that the printing will last a long time even after being washed. We were SUPER satisfied with our experience and we plan to keep coming to them for our future business!! Highly recommend coming to them for all your printing needs
