You could probably use Ritual or Uber Eats 3 times a day and pay around the same price. But the benefit is the portion controlled meals. I do have to say I'm highly skeptical of their calorie counts. I order 200 calorie breakfasts and sometimes there are 2 scrambled eggs with low fat cheese, half a toast, and a cup of fruits. It's got to add up to at least 300 calories. I have not lost weight eating this food. I was also with a different diet food delivery service for many years (which has closed up) and I know exactly what 300 and 400 calorie meals look like. What has upset me and caused me to write this review is the mediocre customer service. They forgot to deliver my food one day and agreed to credit me for that day but no additional compensation for the inconvenience. If they had said we'll throw in a free desert or $5 credit, i would have been happy. But after explaining how they screwed up my day, they did nothing. Then there have been a number of inedible meals and yesterday they sent me cucumbers with mold and cheese with mold in two separate containers. I sent them photos and they did not even respond.
