I forgot her name, and it's not listed on our receipt. Maybe she'll look at our receipt and remember us. Parking was available in front of the store, including wheelchair accessiblability parking. The store seemed fairly organized. They were promoting their scented liquid soaps and signs advertised that they had a sink to try them in. We were looking for a couple gift certificates. Unfortunately, they were out of the ones that said, "Happy Birthday", so we settled for a couple generic cards. We were helped by one of the workers at the cash register where we paid for them. They were nice enough to also match the receipts to each card and put them into individual envelopes. They were not very busy when we stopped by. It's not a place I'd regularly shop, but it's nice to know they are here and fully stocked.

The "Employees In Action" wall photos depicted REI staff in action pictures of their own adventures. This was a thoughtful idea that forms a bond between customers and staff.
