Once, I broke a door lock in our Victorian era home. I went to Eureka figuring I could find something that had the same footprint to match up so the difference in wood colour wouldn't be so noticeable. Bob, then the owner, took me to the third floor and dusted off an old display. He produced an exact duplicate, New old stock, of the lock. He then sold it to me for the price on the 1890's era price sticker.
