Though Athens and OU is a place we once gallivanted around in our younger years (and still intended to do some of), we wanted an activity that brought the small group of us even closer together. We had a group of six ladies! Living just a mere hour and a half away, I had been looking into tarot readers and mediums but was feeling overwhelmed. I decided to call Chosen Pathways on a whim for some advice! Kelly (the owner) kindly helped me arrange the PERFECT activity. She helped me with a tarot reader, a spirit painter and even provided snacks and a place for us ladies to hang out and exchange our experiences in private! It was intimate yet special beyond words. When I tell you there are things that were told that no one could have known, I mean that. It was an emotional yet such an elevating experience that none of us will ever forget and are still talking about to this day! If you are an OU Alum (which half of our group is!) OR you're visiting hocking hills with a group of close girlfriends or friends, OR have friends that just really love tarot and need a fun activity - this is it. It was cathartic, it was meaningful, it was relaxing yet so impactful. Kelly I cannot thank you enough for putting together such a meaningful few hours for us girls! Found Athens Sport Cycles to be clean, professional, and very accommodating. They took pity on me and were able to squeeze me in for a new tire. One hour, a new front skin, and I'm a happy camper. Mike, Ryan, and Eli are all top notch guys and if they can help they will. I was very pleased with the job they did and look forward to visiting them again next time I ride through Athens.

One of the local celebrities (Mike Todd) I follow on Twitter was sent a mask early on in COVID that was made by The Fabric Shop. It was an awesome Ohio University mask. I reached out to the shop by telephone and they were willing to charge me over the phone and ship me a mask. The customer service was phenomenal. The mask arrived quickly and they did not gouge me on pricing for either the mask or the shipping. It was extremely reasonable. During this entire pandemic the only mask I used was my awesome Bobcat mask until I lost it last week. I quickly called up The Fabric Shop and they of course gave me the same service as before. The employee let me know that they use whatever OU fabric they have on hand so the pattern of the mask may be different. I told her it did not bother me at all as long as it was still an Ohio University mask. And for this order I went ahead an ordered two just in case I carelessly lose one again. Though I did hold on to the first one for 9 months straight. Pretty good I think. My masks just arrived yesterday and I love the fabric even more. As oppose to white before, this time the main color is green with the Attack Cat. They are perfect. Such a great fit for my face.
