When I returned with the paperwork from county clerk on Tuesday, 8/11/26, John, the employee behind the counter, retrieved the handgun, but claimed he didn't know about the shotgun, so a second background check was required. While the background check was running, he left to help another customer, then disappeared. Two other employees took over the transaction, but there was confusion about what steps had been completed. What should have been a simple 30 minute transaction turned into a 2+ hour wait. Very disappointed in Sportsman's Warehouse, not worth a return trip.

So, after waiting nearly 5 months for a new bow package, the owner has decided to become judge and…read morejury and decided to keep what I paid for citing he'd sell it to someone else who'll "appreciate" it. Imagine a transaction gone so poorly that you tell the owner just to box everything up because you want nothing else to do with him or his company. Since May of '21, I have had to chase Creekwood Archery for answers regarding my purchase only to be given delivery dates that never materialized. No communication, follow ups, emails, tracking numbers, anything that I could use to confirm my purchase through Hoyt Industries ... I've communicated with Creekwood Archery both in email and in conversation that no one is to blame for delays in manufacturing/shipping but their willful and deliberate response to my inquiries are unprofessional. I was called October the 8th and informed that my "bow" had finally arrived. When the owner questioned me about how I'd like customize my bow, quivers, etc., I reminded him I had ordered the package that included those items prompting him to become to over react and become angry, clearly he forgot. So, now I'm the awful customer that brought this guy business only now to be held hostage until he refunds my monies which, by the way I suggested back in July, when I saw this train wreck of a transaction unfolding. I was told at that time that owner didn't want to cancel the order because he'd have to sell the bow. Here's a guy in the business for 25 years that can't sell a complete bow package prior to archery season when ammo is scarce and bow hunting is on the rise as a result?!! live and learn...

This one lady in particular spent so much time with me..she took me through the different options for rain coats that would fit my needs. Finally settling on the mountain classic anorak.. love that there is a wide front pocket and a drawstring hood. Next she took me over to the pant section, where she recommended the comfort trail pants. Once I tried these on I fell in love, super comfy and easy to move around in. I was surprised at how thin but protective they are. I also purchased a primaloft packaway vest, perfect to keep my core warm but still able to move. I am so impressed with this place and the service will keep me coming back. After shopping here I am all set for my vacation!
