Talked to like a idiot when asking for service. Explained I had everything needed for them to…read moreservice and was asking on price. Then proceeded to talk to me like I'm an idiot as if I'm not aware how a bow operates. Would rather take my services elsewhere.

So, after waiting nearly 5 months for a new bow package, the owner has decided to become judge and…read morejury and decided to keep what I paid for citing he'd sell it to someone else who'll "appreciate" it. Imagine a transaction gone so poorly that you tell the owner just to box everything up because you want nothing else to do with him or his company. Since May of '21, I have had to chase Creekwood Archery for answers regarding my purchase only to be given delivery dates that never materialized. No communication, follow ups, emails, tracking numbers, anything that I could use to confirm my purchase through Hoyt Industries ... I've communicated with Creekwood Archery both in email and in conversation that no one is to blame for delays in manufacturing/shipping but their willful and deliberate response to my inquiries are unprofessional. I was called October the 8th and informed that my "bow" had finally arrived. When the owner questioned me about how I'd like customize my bow, quivers, etc., I reminded him I had ordered the package that included those items prompting him to become to over react and become angry, clearly he forgot. So, now I'm the awful customer that brought this guy business only now to be held hostage until he refunds my monies which, by the way I suggested back in July, when I saw this train wreck of a transaction unfolding. I was told at that time that owner didn't want to cancel the order because he'd have to sell the bow. Here's a guy in the business for 25 years that can't sell a complete bow package prior to archery season when ammo is scarce and bow hunting is on the rise as a result?!! live and learn...

If you are looking for archery supplies, new equipment or lessons, heritage outdoor sports /…read morearchery is the place to go. Mike and his staff are top notch, professional and prices are very competitive. In addition, the store is packed with products that are backed by the staff and the archery school is first class. Recommend calling ahead to make an appointment if getting a new bow or setup to allow for ample time accordingly.

I am no professional Archer however i am here to write this review as a avid hunter with archery…read moreexperience, or at least I thought I had archery knowledge until I met and worked with Mike Price. This man is a AMAZING coach, man and business proprietor. He is calm, always laughing and is a coach that I ask everyone to give a try if you want to become a better shot and all around archer. Heritage Outdoor Sports is a up to date spotless facility that has a indoor as well as outdoor archery range. The outdoor 3-D range is amazing and professionally set up. The staff at Heritage will take as much time as you need to set you up , they will never EVER sell you stuff you don't really need to be a better shot and are up to date with the latest industry standards and equipment. I personally can say I have this knowledge as I walked in to this store hoping to set up my fiancee with a bow for her to fulfill a life long dream of becoming a archer. Little did I know by the end of that meeting I also was having a new bow set up for myself as well. All the shops I have worked with previously happily sold me a bow but NONE went as far as Mike. Mike worked with us both one on one and made my fiancee a phenomenal shot from square one and within three sessions she was well within 1" groups at 20 and 30 yds. He taught her with a care free attitude and made sure she had the same beliefs to limit the stress she felt while being taught. I owe Mike so much for all he has done for the both of us and he has not only us as life long supporters and friends but also followers in his teaching beliefs. I ask anyone who wants to see a professional organization run to stop in and try out the Heritage Challenge to see if Mike can make you a better shot. I can promise you that anytime you walk into the shop you will feel like your walking into a camp full of friends not just a archery shop wanting your hard earned money to be spent on the newest fad that will soon disappear.
