The couple that run this post office are great ambassadors for Aussie Post - friendly, cheerful and accommodating, I've had a couple of times where I've needed to pick up a parcel before opening hours, and they've been happy to let me in so I can sign for it and still make it to work on time. I imagine they're dealing with hundreds of people every day - it's a post office, after all - but they manage a smile and a greeting again and again - I know I'm not their biggest customer but I feel like a friend when I'm in there, they remember little things like my wife shops Ebay, etc - it's just a pleasure to drop in. They have all the Aussie Post products you'd expect, and a good range of gifts, presents, toys, gift cards, stuffed toys, etc. read more

The guys that run this Post Office are friendly and efficient. It's my local and I always find them accomodating. I think the lady that wrote the poor review was pretty unfair by naming and shaming the guy when she was trying to collect a parcel without a photo ID. That's her fault and then standing there to fill out a form when another person was behind her is totally out of order. The place is good. Don't give hard-working folk bad ratings because you're a painful person. read more

Just moved home and went to pick up a parcel, unfortunately without my photo ID since I lost it in the process of moving. I was served by a man who called himself Peter - he wouldn't give me my parcel which was fair enough (bank cards, Medicare and letters with my name and new address weren't enough). My problem is, aside from his nasty and dismissive behaviour, was that he told me I could fill in a section on the back of my pick up card for another person to pick it up for me, so I started doing that until he literally took the pen out of my hand. I asked him why he did that and he said he has other customers waiting. It was 10:30 am and there was one other person in the store. Worst experience ever! I hope to god I don't have to go back too often. read more
