Fresh juice, a baked treat and espresso.

The wait is insane. It's popular right now but it's really yummy so try to hang in there. The baked goods are fantastic, with limited options. A traditional breakfast of bread, soft boiled egg, some Jane and cheese is all you need. I don't know that it's any superior to some other similar places but it's good! There are blankets for seating by the door and the light airy decor and design is welcoming and cozy. There aren't many tables but I think that helps make you feel special and a more enjoyable experience.

I've avoided going to Atelier September for so long because I heard the queue was unbearable and the service was pretty bad. However, I saw that their Nordhavn branch was relatively empty during weekday morning. I have to say my experience was nothing short of pleasant. Not only was service quite friendly, but their almond pancake (135DKK) was better than I expected. I really enjoyed their famous cream in combination of the pancake, which was crunchy on the outside yet fluffy in the inside. I would say that the blueberry was rather sour, however it's just likely not in season as I noticed the same thing when I got the fruit from grocery stores. I will recommend brunch/breakfast here provided it's not too busy. Vibe of cafe and food presentation were very social media friendly.

Oh yes!!! So good... Don't wait until you are hungry to go here, there is a wait. It's delicious. All of it. We loved the cappuccino hot and iced The avocado toast on sourdough with a soft boiled egg on the side , was out of this world... very large portion. I filled us up for hours. We did not mind waiting 20 minutes for a table. It was worth it.... We highly recommend you go and go again if you can.

A great place to stop in for a brunch. Could be a long wait late depending on the time of day. We were seated at a shared table on a Wednesday afternoon. We ordered almond pancakes with blueberry topping and a sweet cream and a traditional danish breakfast including soft boiled egg, course salt and bread. The eggs were the best, loved the red chili sauce and chive topping.

This brunch spot is super cute and lives up to the hype. The menu is small but it has cool and thoughtful items. We got the pancakes and the green omelet. They both looked super aesthetic and were very flavorful. We went on a weekday so it wasn't super packed and we were able to snag seats.

I was exited to try after hearing so many good things. We came at 2:30 on a Tuesday, and it was not crowded. Because there were not many people the staff seems very disinterested in taking our order and were talking amongst themselves. When food was being prepared, I watched one of the workers lick his finger after it had butter on it and continue working. We ordered the almond pancakes, a piece of sourdough, grapefruit, avocado toast, and a matcha. Everything tasted very fresh, but the only really special thing was the blueberry compote. Everything else was fine but expensive for what it was. We spent over 50 USD on the items in the picture. The bathrooms were also not pleasant. Wanted to love this place, but was unfortunately overall disappointed

If you enjoy your surroundings as much as your breakfast, hop into Atelier September. Inside an old gallery, the space is beautiful with a showroom in the back. In the front, is a medium-sized dining room with window seating and a few tables. Out front are a few sidewalk tables. My friend and I went in October on a Wednesday when they first opened at 7:30 a.m. There was already a line, but we were able to get two seats at a long community table to enjoy our lattes and breakfast. My avocado toast was beautiful and tasted good. My friend enjoyed his yogurt with zucchini jam (more like pickled thin stripes of zucchini). Despite the good experience, the food wasn't life-changing. Since many friends and reviews alluded to that, we left a little disappointed. It was solid food and experience, but not life-changing.

Grapefruit juice with bread & butter & a boiled egg.

There aren't various meals. It's wonderful if you're looking for a small breakfast or coffee with some pastries. The workers are very friendly & quick to attend to you when you're waiting outside to be seated. It is small inside so it's better to go by yourself or in a group or 3 or less.

Great food but line was very long and would not allow me to change the type of bread for my toast even though I have an allergy to the nuts on the bread. Had to order bread with avocado on the side for my food.

Infuriatingly good looking Copenhageners hang out here. That should be enough reason for you to come by ;-) The only thing that will distract you from people watching will be the cool space. A wall with wine bottles in the shelf, the large communal midcentury table, open kitchen with vintage pieces. The back seems to be a gallery that sells contemporary furniture and lighting. I dig it. Since it was warm out, I really wanted an iced drink. I love matcha so the iced matcha tea was the perfect choice for me. I like that they serve this as is, without any sweeteners so I can really taste the vibrant vegetal quality of the tea. Their Koppi coffee (noisette style) is served black with a tiny milk amount of milk froth. Delicious. Located on Gothersgade, it's within spitting distance of Kongens Nytorv, Nyhavn and the Magasin. Definitely a hot spot worth visiting if you're in the area.

I was sick of my hotel breakfast since they were serving the same exact thing every day, so I popped into Atelier September to change it up. I had a delicious Japanese matcha, the matcha was of the highest quality and made correctly. I also enjoyed the soft boiled egg, rye and cheese. The egg was perfectly runny, the rye was full of texture, spongy and delicious, and the cheese was high quality. This was a nice cozy spot to enjoy a spectacular breakfast in Copenhagen.

Favorite classy brunch place for a quick bite by myself. Lots of dishes to try on the menu, all of them have been delicious. The latte comes in the cutest bowl and is one of my favorite in town. The crowd comes in waves so if you pass by and it looks quiet pop in for a snack! FYI no public restroom

Great place to catch the Copenhagen marathon pass by. The pancakes were too sweet for me, next time side sick to a savory breakfast.

It's astounding the amount of games in this place. They are everywhere! There is even a "Game Guru", seated somewhere in the center of the cafe. You can ask him/her any game-related questions. They can recommend the perfect game for you to play and they even instruct you on how to play. There is a QR code at each table you can use to order drinks/foods. They will bring it to the table. They serve coffee, beer, wine, cocktails. They also serve some light bites such as nachos and nuggets. 5 stars - Nice ambiance. Come play a game, have a drink, listen to music, and enjoy the artwork.

We went into the first entrance we saw, which led us into a small basement space with a counter to order drinks, and a little back room with more games. To me, it was a pretty typical gaming cafe - nothing remarkable. We played some card games for a bit, sipped our tea, and then we headed upstairs to leave... but THEN, we realized the actual MAIN section of the cafe was upstairs, and it was huge. There were several copies of each game neatly stacked, and went on forever. Every game you could think of seemed to be on the shelved. They had cute merchandise, too. We were both bummed we didn't realize it before, but I bookmarked this place so that I can return next time I am in Copenhagen. If you love gaming, this place is a must.
