I gave them 4 other houses to clean the gutters on at the time, but that fact did not encourage them to try to fix the problem. UPDATE: I just had another company come out to check on the top highest gutter. I was right! It was clogged with OLD sludge/mush. In-Home NEVER CLEANED it in the Fall. I had the new company check the high gutter in the back of the house and it was ever worse. Full of old sludge/mush and brimming with water. The new company comfirmed that In-Home never cleaned those 2 gutters when they came in the Fall.
