When I called the Green Company, they answered right away and we had a date set by the end of the call. We did about a 6 hour deep clean, the first deep clean ever since owning our house. The 3 ladies working on our house were professional, cheerful and efficient. By the time they were done, our house was a clean, shining and calm oasis. So worth it! I definitely recommend their services.

When my agent came to look at the property there were too many obvious areas not cleaned. Countertops still had obvious signs of dirt, debris on the floor and bathtub was as if untouched. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is they came back and made it right but a whole week later! If it where my business I would have gone out there when notified to rectify. Really disappointing with the reviews I saw and what I should have received was the same quality.

It was scheduled for tomorrow at 9:30am. This woman has had my address for two days. She sent me a confirmation email today. Now I have to scramble to try to find someone to clean my house last minute. Thanks for nothing. "We enter the wrong address in our system".... really? Here's the screen shot of the RIGHT address.

Sadly, Tuesday evening came and after a phone call to them, the owner said that someone else had scheduled the service for Wednesday. Needless to say, that required a start-over process on my end. I'll own that perhaps I should have been in voice contact rather than relying on the messaging system, but the service was quite responsive through the Yelp system. Mistakes happen, but can't really recommend this company.

We scheduled our "move in" cleaning with Elite and worked with the management team to figure out…read morewhat was included and what to expect. We were told that it could be up to 4 hours for the team to do the cleaning, which sounded just fine to us! We figured that was fine, whatever it took to ensure a thorough cleaning of our house before we moved in the next day. Our focus was on the kitchen and bathrooms as the carpets had just been cleaned and the walls painted. Imagine our dismay to find that after 2.5 hours of cleaning, when the team said they were done, the kitchen and bathrooms were still a mess. Drawers full of crumbs, the wood floor still filthy, grunge in the microwave and fridge, the light fixtures still caked visible with dust. The management team said that they would communicate with us during the cleaning to ensure that all items were done appropriately and that nothing was missed. Unfortunately this didn't occur and the next contact was the management simply asking to be paid. It was as if management had lost all their information on our cleaning, didn't know that we were requesting a "move in" clean, didn't know that the move was coming up in the following day or two and didn't know what we had asked for. You would think that a business would want to put their best face forward for new customers at the very least! I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I will be sure to let my realtor about the difficulties we had so Elite can be removed from their recommended list of companies.
