He was very friendly, professional and courteous. He also had a great price! Since then, he has expanded the services he offers. I called him again because I needed the 37 solar panels on the roof cleaned. He quoted a very fair price, that was in-line, or lower, than the bigger companies, and since I already knew his work ethic, I knew he'd do a great job. He arrived when he said he would and got right to work. He had all of the equipment that the bigger solar panel cleaning companies advertise as using, and it took him about an hour to do the work. Egbert does a great job, is friendly, professional and dependable. I highly recommend him.

From the very beginning, it was clear that James (JaPaul) is a true expert in his field. We were especially impressed by the 3D rendering capability his team offered--it allowed us to visualize the space before any work began. Ashley, who created the renderings and helped us design the yard, was an absolute delight to work with. She was sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the design process, and her renderings brought our vision to life in such a tangible way. Once the project kicked off, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The fencing was installed seamlessly in just one day, and the irrigation, paver, and landscaping crews worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect. Dave helped manage the day-to-day and was excellent at keeping us in the loop. Both Dave and James made it a point to stop by regularly to check on the progress and ensure everything was on track. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend JaPaul Scape, Inc. to anyone considering new fencing, landscaping, or hardscaping. We were so impressed that we just booked them for ongoing mowing and yard maintenance--and we're hopeful the same high level of service continues! They also offer pool installation and tree removal services. Be sure to check out our before and after photos!

Not only was the quality of his work excellent, but his professionalism and attention to detail truly set him apart. After completing the pressure washing, Isaac personally walked me around the entire house and pointed out every area he had cleaned and addressed. When I asked if he could also clean the stucco window sills around the house, he gladly took care of them, and they came out looking great. Another detail that impressed me was that he didn't leave any mess behind. He took the extra step of removing all the standing water from my porch and deck, leaving everything clean, safe, and ready to use.
