We had our home inspected in 2018 by All In The Family Home Inspections. Very friendly and seemed…read moreknowledgeable. Little did I know, 4 years later my AC had an issue. When they went in to see what the problem was, they found out that the wiring was installed incorrectly. Inside the house there were wires hidden and connected to nothing. The fuse box was not the correct one to use with the AC. I was told they couldn't believe my house did not catch on fire this whole time. I tried calling them and letting them know and I was told by one of the men that did the inspection in a nasty voice we closed down and don't do inspections anymore and hung up on me when I told him about the issue. They also did not catch that it was the wrong thermostat and wires in the wall were not connected. All of these issues should have been seen by a professional home inspection. They dropped the ball. No wonder they are not in business anymore.

We had appointment set up for 1130 on a Friday morning. The door bell a actually rang half an hour…read moreearly, and there they were! They definitely get an A+ in the punctuality category. Last time they showed up right on time...good thing we were ready to receive them! This father/son team (there's another brother who was here last time) got right to work cleaning both chimney and dryer vent. As previously was the case, we received honest and straightforward service, pricing and explanatory feedback from the first moment. They also stopped what they were doing as soon as they noticed a problem they were not even looking for. Specifically, the flue liner had a crack/hole in it which would make further use of the fireplace TOTALLY unsafe. They documented the whole thing and didn't even charge me a single cent for the fireplace work, despite having started the cleaning. I was charged very reasonably for the dryer flue, which was somewhat dirty/filled with lint but not dangerously so. They further advised me of an issue regarding the dryer vent. Long story short, I've used these folks before and once the chimney is deemed safe for use I know I'll use 'em again! They didn't like being the bearer of bad news anymore than I liked receiving it.
