For all I know it could be a faulty screen which you could send back to the manufacturer. Even my insurance company even said it should be under warranty.

There's ample free parking around the back side of the building which also the same place that I needed to enter to donate blood on 7/1/21. I was a little bummed that they did not hand out the red and white ARC hats as advertised from July 1-5. The guy who checked me in and took all my vitals said they were very slow that day - as typical for around the lunch hour. Which, by the way, I showed up about 20 minutes early before my scheduled noon appointment and it was of no inconvenience for them.
