He told me he doesn't do storm doors for the type of door I have and a patio door alone is too small of a job and he doesn't have the manpower. Didn't even ask when I needed it done to perhaps fit it in on a slow day. Money must grow on trees on Main St in Robbinsville! Very rude tone and seemed to have an attitude that he just didn't give a crap about a small job. Other door companies were more than willing to take the work. Based on this, I'll never try to hire Banner again and will go out of my way to tell others.

He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. I called a very popular roofer in the area for an estimate and had the worst experience. He left his car running, looked at the roof from the ground, and said "you need a whole new roof", and left. My home inspector said absolutely not, call someone else. Another estimate came from a company that didn't even come to the house. I told them what my inspector thought was the issue and he quoted me a price solely based on that. Feeling super defeated, I ended up calling Ryan at Elegant Exteriors for a 3rd and final consult. I definitely saved the best for last because Ryan was phenomenal. He was up on the roof before I knew it taking pictures and surveying everything.
