***Best of the Best***…read more Oh my gosh, I happened upon this local photographer and couldn't be more pleased! I saw her super cute portfolio and was in love. We were in a bind just before the holidays, and Sarah made time to squeeze us in. Her pricing was great, especially compared to other area photographers, and she was local. All bonuses in selecting a photographer. Once I met Sarah, I quickly realized that she was warm, friendly and humorous with us and our kids. Totally needed for family photos, especially if you want some photos with laughter and real life emotion. In advance, she asked us specifically what we were looking for, and on the day of the event, she was prepared with a few props (although I also brought some of my own), and she whipped it all together for a way better plan than I'd imagined. I wanted some natural setting photos, not super posed. And she got us laughing, and captured the moment. She even had some creative poses that turned out CRAZY cute. Those turned out to be my favorites. And all her photos, have become my most treasured family photography yet. She comes armed with some nice photography equipment (i'm no expert), but the lenses definitely looked pretty spectacular. When photographing us, she maneuvered quickly to capture just about every angle, and every photo came out ridiculously crisp with FABULOUS lighting, and even some delicious bokeh. We went to her, but she's mobile and will come to the location of your choice. I can't imagine a much better setting though, than her neighborhood around Bear Creek Park. Fall photos come out great with tons of leaves, and changing colors. Spring and Summer are green as green can be. All perfect for some gorgeous outdoor photos. I usually hate myself in photos, but thank goodness for Photoshop, as she did some very natural photo editing that made the photos absolute perfection. Her edited photos were super speedy in reaching my email inbox. She leverages a secure online system to provide me access to download my high resolution photos. Easy peasy! And without even requesting, she sent me a few goodies for the following holiday, to use in social media. Seriously, could she be more awesome? Who does this? Love her! When we moved here, I was totally overwhelmed with finding the right family photographer. Thankfully I found Sarah, and and from here on out, she's officially our family photographer. Her business and photography matches my style and my budget, and the end product will always be gorgeous, lasting, photo memories of my most precious people.

They have helped me many times and helped me make some better choices when purchasing. I booked Heather for a large family photo session with grandparents and all. This included a session and 25 photos. When trying to schedule the session and location after having to pay full amount way prior to the session I found myself chasing her down to try and nail down the information. She was slow to respond but I tried to be understanding even though I have never had this issue with any other photographer. Finally, the session was done and I was promised pics in 3 weeks because she was going on a trip. I said no problem. It took about 8 weeks to get them and again this was me sending several emails asking where they were. When I finally got the link for the photos I checked off my 25 favorites that were included with my purchase and asked that those be edited a tad because of cars in the background and heavy shadows before I purchased canvases for family. Again, emailed several several times requesting this, and asked how can I download the 25 photos that require a pin which I was never provided. Still no response of any kind! So now I am forced to buy not such great photos because of cars in the background and etc, and I still cannot download my 25 photos that I already paid for! I am not going to pay 2x for a download. bTW 1 download of a pic is $65!! So a pretty big deal for me to get my 25 downloads I already paid for! This really sucks because this was a gift to my MIL for her 65th birthday. It has been 20 years since the last family photo. Now this. :( This has been an awful experience and needless to say I will never use her again.

The photos will not be covered by the $500 credit. I was told I won a "$1040 valued" Boudoir photoshoot with a $500 credit to "spend on stunning photos". They wanted a $200 deposit that I was told would be refunded if I didn't do the hair and makeup. I opted out of the hair and makeup, made the deposit, and upon my arrival was told repeatedly I did choose for the hair and make up to be done. I knew I didn't, but went ahead anyways given the cosmetologist was already there, and I wanted to look my best--even though I came with hair and makeup up done. I am also a cosmetologist, and she essentially did exactly what I had on just amped a micro amount. I had make up in my bag ready to enhance whatever I needed enhanced. We got to the photoshoot portion, and this was actually a pleasant experience. She did make me feel comfortable, I'll give her that. But after the shoot, we went to go look at the photos. I noticed a price book, but didn't think about it too hard given I had a $500 credit. That's at least one print, yeah? Haha! No. The lowest available option was digital photos for $2000 before my discount!! And they added the $200 from their mistake on my deposit, so even with my $700 credit, that is $1300 (over $1500 through my year long payment plan with interest) for 12 DIGITAL PHOTOS!!! But as it was explained, the more you photos, the cheaper it is. Mind you, I was never told a dollar amount. I left bawling as i expected to pay nothing, as that's what I was told and that's what everything hinted to. Every email and conversation was so misleading and vague and I feel absolutely cheated. I received the photos finally, and as far as I can tell (I used to be into editing photos as we all did in 2016) there is minimal editing to these photos and very loud and easily fixed details that were missed. (ex:I wore a tight bra for a bit and when I changed outfits, I had a faint line from the previous bra and it was not even edited a little) The before and after photos she showed me from other shoots were tastefully, but heavily edited to provide the perfect shot. The only things really edited in my photos were things in the background that showed the set up and such. I am severely disappointed and dissatisfied. I feel like I won nothing but more debt and some poorly edited photos along with a disheartening experience. Do NOT accept the "won experience" from here. Doing the math, I only won $395 worth of anything because, per their website under pricing " The photo shoot experience starts at $395 for regular pricing. That includes the photo shoot, professional makeup application, picture retouching, and the in-person photo viewing for you to order photo products." adding that to my $500 credit, that's only $895. They wanted to say they prepared me for this with the calls and emails, but all they did was gaslight and lie. They gave me 3 free photos after trying to say I don't want the photos to try and keep me from not purchasing them. There is nothing on their site about minimum purchase, nor did I sign anything, but they just "don't do cancellations " even tho she could've canceled the payment through affirm, deleted the photos and been done with it. She refused even though i explained I am broke as shit, told this was a free experience other than the deposit, and didn't expect to pay anything that day. This place is for people who grew up with a pool and and ocean side view with daddies money in their pocket, not for a gal trying to up her confidence and have a fun, new experience she was told that she won.
