The worst decision of our life to hire Apple for our once in lifetime event. Not only she took bulk of hazy pictures, also delete raw image files without our consent. Even though we paid for videography and photography both, the person taking video used the same camera to take pictures. All of the videos have snapshot sound and a good 2 second pause at ever click. We even saw a video of her dancing being recorded by the video guy. Your job is to take pictures and videos of the event and not to become a part of event and have your videos taken. Really unprofessional and low quality work. We would highly discourage anyone to do business with them. read more

Very Very bad experience, Apple helped me for taking some real estate pictures, she even doesn't want make pictures brighter for me. Actually this is a basic requirement for real estate pictures. Pictures couldn't use for business, I have to find another professional photographer to retake it again. But $260 has paid already. Will never use her service again. read more

I run a logo and web design company. I recently had a project that needed some professional photos. Apple did an amazing job as our photographer! She is truly a creative and talented individual. She kept the atmosphere relaxed, and was willing to go with the flow of our day. She made sure we got all the poses we wanted, and even took additional pictures afterwards of our product. I should have listened to the reviews. Once in a life time event and I did not get what I paid for. She did not deliver on her photography. Any good pictures we got were done by her "assistant". We had a whole garden to take pictures. She did not guide us to any backdrop or pose or even let my husband know his flower was horizontal. All she kept repeating is nice dress. Annoying. Didn't have us feeling comfortable taking pictures. Fast forward to the reception. Her assistant did all the work. Which we are blessed to have at least some nice pictures from him. I seem to remember her throwing up from not feeling well and then packing up all the buffet to go. Don't quote me but I was too embarrassed to ask any of my guests confirmation. She did not arrive to the reception before us to take pictures upon entrance. Then she asked my husband to pay at the reception without delivery! I of course said no. Then few days later she called to charge. I asked for the pictures on a drive and she insisted online. 5gb dropbox requires a subscription. They also did a video I never received. At the end she insisted soooo much I just paid up to make the problem go away. Honestly very disappointed. Lack of professional. Not a good photographer by all means. Pose or event. I booked with Apple via email on 6/1for a shoot on 6/10 at noon. I also provided the location of our family reunion and two cell phone numbers in case she needed to reach us. We were traveling from out of town into the DFW area for a family gathering with relatives that have never gathered all at one time and may not ever gather again as there are several who are aging and fragile. When the day of our event arrived, Apple was a no-show. When we called her, she sounded confused and said our shoot was at 4pm and thought it was an engagement photo shoot. When we told her that she must have our event confused with someone else, she said that I had called her and asked to reschedule the shoot for 4 pm. However, I never spoke with her by phone --only email. She then tried to hurry up and get to our event (1 1/2 hrs late) but then had difficulty finding it and never did arrive for a shoot. Afterwards she continued to contact me via text to tell me that it was me who had called her to change the event and that it was not her fault. I'm not sure what is going on with this photographer, but I passed up several professional photographers to book her and she never showed. (I realized afterwards that her reviews are all from LA Calif--- no local DFW area recommendations). I wanted to share this experience because I do not want others to make the mistake that I made. You only get one chance to document once-in-a-lifetime memories with a picture. We were left using our cell phones to take pictures and that is the part that is really sad. Fortunately, cell phones have decent cameras but we were deprived the professional family photo we really wanted. read more
