For technical work I would give the At Home Contracting Team a 5. Not only did they do it right and professionally, they ensured I was happy with the results, taking me through each area for inspection. I initially had them contracted for two projects, a pool/patio enclosure and a master shower remodel. Just before they were to start the shower work, we had a major water leak in the guest bath on the second floor that caused damage to both the second and first floors, including the master closet and bath. They agreed to come in and do the work required to replace the mitigated areas and then they would start the master shower project. The team that did the work were professional, cleaned up behind themselves and ensured I was happy with the completed work and then did a final cleaning of all areas that were impacted by the construction. They did a sound, pleasant design for the pool/patio enclosure listening to my requirements and desires and providing me guidance on ensuring a sound structure. Although the start date for the pool enclosure was long after I had been told it would start by the project manager I worked with (who was no longer with the company), the tech that did do the work did a very professional job which I would give a 5, although I would only give them a 3 for keeping the work area clean during and after the work on the enclosure. We are very happy with the results of all of their work and with the professionals that were actually executing the projects. I am waiting on the final inspection but do not believe there will be any issues. read more

We had a screened porch enclosure built and found this company to be very honest and friendly. Matt, Joseph, And Lisa kept scheduling and payment information on track and were always available for questions. They started faster than we were originally quoted and the job was done well. Perhaps some of the nicest crews I've met. Eric was especially nice and told me, "he builds these like they are his own" and that showed. His attention to detail, including how large the range was for screen door opening and if our dog door was big enough was impressive. My only bit of constructive criticism would be that we thought the roofline was going to be a bit higher and felt communication could have been better. After the team of engineers and Joseph looked at our roof and fireplace they decided on a better design to prevent leaks which required a lower starting point for our roof. Overall I'm sure it was a better decision it was just different from what we had previously discussed and wish that part would have been communicated. However it did rain a few days after completion and there wasn't a single drop of rain that we noticed. Again, great quality, nice company from top to bottom. We would use them again without hesitation. read more

The crew from AT HOME CONTRACTING just finished an absolutely beautiful (roughly) 20 X 30 deck finished with Azek decking material. The job was done on time and on budget. Demolition of the old deck quick and clean; the framing work was done with top of the line lumber and fasteners and the finish decking a thing of beauty. Joe Morales's carpenters were all top notch and worked quickly and quietly until the job was completed. I called around to get quotes for a pool enclosure, back in Feb and was very please with the timely manner that they were able to send someone out, and then start the project. It took about two weeks, because the guy doing all the work was solo, almost the entire time. However, he was very skilled and did a phenomenal job. Anytime I had a question, I called the office and almost always spoke with the owner, Joseph himself; very friendly guy. The team is just completing my fourth project with them, a bathroom remodel. I now have a beautiful master bath, a revived master bedroom and fantastic huge, two-level premium wood deck and of course the guest bathroom now. Pricing is reasonable, workers are diligent, respectful and considerate and they know what they're doing. No business is perfect and a couple of project delays were not At Home Contracting 's fault.
