I did not confuse this store for another store as suggested by the merchant. This ifixandrepair in Toms River "repaired" my cracked phone for $277.22 on 8/18/24 by putting a screen replacement on that started coming off in a month or two when the so-called "warranty" ended. The receipt said "Ocean Retail LLC", but the storefront says iFixandrepair. Then dust and debris got into my phone. I had to get it repaired by a repair shop authorized by Samsung with a similar name: Ubreakifix. They fixed it right (& they put the name of their business on their receipts). I emailed ifixandrepair at the email the receipt was sent to twice, messenger@messaging.squareup.com for a refund & heard nothing in response. The emails did not come back as undeliverable.

He cracked his iPhone screen again recently and I realized how lucky we were in going to JSiR. To start, he quoted an initial price, but when we returned to pick it up he informed us that he had forgotten about a Groupon deal he was running and honored that price without us even knowing about it or having bought the Groupon. He was honest when he didn't have to be. In cracking the screen last summer my husband had also bent the metal casing so it had to be bent back in order to get the new screen to fit. It wasn't easy and we had to wait a bit for the technician to do it. In getting his iPhone fixed this time, my husband not only had to pay for the new screen, but also had to pay extra to have them bend the metal casing back, which JSiR never charged for. Please accept my apologies for not posting this sooner, but you did a great job and my husband never had any issues with his iphone ever, until last night when he dropped it again that is :( Too bad we're in NYC now and not still down at the shore!
