This older guy was trying to make me pay monthly payments when I've been saying I want to pay full and trade in my phone to make it cheaper. This he asked me " are you understanding me" I said "I'm not understanding him because I just want to 200 dollar off for the trade in not do the monthly 500 of the bill every month. Then, the older lady came to me saying the same thing you get the 500 in the sense of a cheaper phone bill with paying full value of the new iPhone. I could see the wo(man) shaking. For some reason the older employee was rude and terrible at their job and the two younger men were nice and understood what I was trying to do. Now I'm going to the Apple Store to buy my phone because that is where the nice people are. Lastly, basically they didn't want to do the trade-in because they were about to close they said at 7:06 but they close at 8pm.

We take it back between Thanksgiving and Christmas, they fixed the screen but messed up the power button. We left it with then for about a week, and when we picked it up the phone kept sitting off in the middle of phone calls, wouldn't turn on, and had numerous problems with apps. After about a month without a phone, they told us they forgot it was there and they had to find it on the shelf and charge it before they could start working on it. After another month, they gave us a loaner phone and told us they were going to have to replace the phone completely. They have now had the phone going on 5 months and we are still waiting for someone there to get their "stuff" together so we can get either or original phone back or for them to replace the phone that only needed a new screen when we took it in there. This business reminds me of the car mechanic who tells all of his customers that you need a brand new engine after just asking for an oil change. I would advise everyone if you are thinking of going here to NOT GO!!!!!!!! It would be easier, and a lot less of a headache, to just buy a whole new phone than to take it here. Chances are you will wait 6 months for a simple procedure that should only take a couple of days
