My roommate and I came into this store the other day hoping to establish service. He has…read moreoutstanding/fantastic credit and we both wanted new phones. We waited for over an hour cause there were only two people working (we came at about 4-5 PM). So; while waiting, we made sure to try out all the devices, as to not waste time when we were helped, so we knew what we wanted. We noticed the two associates (an overweight black male and an overweight white female) at times have poor attitudes to their customers. That alone mad us want to leave. When the lady got to us, there was no "Hello! How are you? We apologize for the wait!" It was just "What devices do you want?" Rude, right? We explained, did the background check, credit cane back perfect. Came time to pay, we were going to pay cash as we had both went to the ATM, and the lady said, "Oh, we don't take cash to pay. We need a credit card just in case you decide to cancel the service!" I have NEVER in my life heard such a police! I have had Verizon service before and never had to do that. They always took cash. Upset that we had wasted so much time, we walked across the street to the AT&T store (which was well-lit, smelled clean, had four employees, and were treated graciously) and activated service there. We told the associate tab AT&T how we were treated, and he said people come from that Verizon store all the time complaining about the terrible customer service! So, be warned...this store is terrible with customer service! I'm giving the same review on Google. We were treated rudely and terribly.

Great service! I did get an immediate response with an estimate for the repair. The screen on my…read morephone had turned off. They said it was because I had dropped it. I said I dropped the phone over two years ago but they said it does take time for the damage to get worse over time. I suppose that's what happened in this case. They ordered the part and it came in within two days. Once they called, I asked if I could bring the phone in that day and they said yes. They got it repaired in one hour. Great friendly service.
