    I found a beautiful flower arrangement on their website. i was able to complete purchase Online…read moreusing my card. I received an email confirming my purchase. Less than 10 minutes later, I got a accusatory call stating they did not know how I was able to purchase the flowers at that specific price from their shop, however, they were not-going to honor the price of which I purchased my flowers, She went on to inform of issues that she had with their vendor and her prices. when I walked her step-by-step through her site, showing her where I was able to purchase the flowers. She went on to relay that they would give me half the arrangement at the price I had already paid. When I asked if they would honor the price since I had already completed my purchase from their site- and as a result, landed unknowingly in the middle of an ongoing issue with their vendor . I was informed that I was "asking for too much". I informed her that this would be fraudulent activity as they were listed at one price and once they received my money, were only willing to honor half of my order. She went on to inform me of how much money they paid for their inventory, including the bases prior to selling it to customers. Poor Customer Service. She also talked across me beautiful flower arrangements, however, beware of the prices if you are purchasing online. Very disappointing.

    Received a birthday gift today. I posted a photo on Facebook to thank my friend. She is horrified…read more She wanted a bouquet they offered in a beautiful tea cup, and they didn't have the cup, so she allowed them to make a "designer floral bouquet" for the same price. Well, I was delivered 6 pink carnations, in a bunch of ferns. It was placed in a typical glass vase that you get at the dollar store. I am sure there is NOTHING on Telaflora's webpage that even comes close. Why would they waste the space, when you could pick up a dozen carnations at the grocery store for $5.00. This is not the first time we have had a problem with this store. They have not delivered flowers my husband ordered when he was away, then when he called to complain and I finally did get them, the roses died in a couple of days, never opening.

There were four kids with us. My cousin had a talk with her son who is a boy twin before we went in the store. She warned him not to touch anything while we were inside. Of course the girl twin was the one to pick up the lid to a cake stand while we were inside. As soon as I heard the clank I walked over to admonish my little cousin. Before I could open my mouth the shopkeeper yelled at my little cousin not to touch anything and then looking at her mother exclaiming these are antiques. Honestly everything in that store looks like crap. I can find better quality items at the Goodwill. You do not address someone's child. If she had any class she should have waited for one of us to deal with the child. We would never let any of the children disrespect someone's establishment. I can afford to buy everything in that store. So worst case scenario if something broke I would pay for it. The other three kids were behaving perfectly fine. Anyone that knows anything about kids knows that all kids won't be perfect all of the time. She seemed uneasy as soon as we walked in. I don't know if it was our brown skin or she ignorantly thought we weren't legitimate customers. The service just went downhill from there. She acted like she didn't want to help us at all. We definitely left the store and took our business to another local florist. I don't know who owns this store but I would choose someone who isn't rude and uncouth to run my business. Before we got in the car she was back on the phone. Obviously that call was more important than attending to customers which is incredulous seeing the amount of traffic the store gets. We were the only customers in the store.
