We opened the account several months ago and submitted the AT&T final bill multiple times -- in store and by email -- exactly as instructed. Despite complying with every requirement, we have never received the promised voucher. No email. No mailing. Nothing. As a result, we are now receiving late fees from AT&T because Verizon has not honored its promotional agreement. To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. We've had repeated calls, long hold times, and even had a call drop when we finally reached a manager -- who never bothered to call back. We also had issues initially setting up what was supposed to be a joint account, which caused additional delays. At this point, it feels like a breach of contract. We relied on Verizon's buyout promise when making the decision to switch carriers, and they have not upheld their end of the deal. I evaluate companies heavily on customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has completely damaged my trust. Until this is resolved and Verizon takes responsibility for the late fees and time spent chasing this issue, I cannot recommend them. Very disappointing experience.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the staff and she made sure to clear some space so I felt comfortable sharing my account information and asking questions (no other customers/staff hovering around) which I appreciated. Usually for this type of thing I expect to be waiting at least 20-30 minutes just for basic paperwork and information to be taken care of but they had me in and out within 10 minutes which had to be a new record. Would definitely recommend, seems pretty spacious for the location as well.

After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. In addition, the iPAD was defective out the box and the manager refused to override the restocking fee and taxes. Why would you need to pay a restocking fee on something defective! After being an AT&T customer for several years, I finally decided to switch my mobile service to…read moreT-Mobile because I had grown tired of AT&T's poor customer service. Unfortunately, my experience trying to leave only reinforced why I made that decision. Earlier today, I went to the AT&T store in White Marsh and explained that I wanted to transfer my phone numbers to another carrier. I was told that all I needed to do was call AT&T, obtain my account number and transfer PIN, and I would be able to transfer my numbers. That turned out not to be the case. After spending time speaking with several AT&T representatives by phone, as well as an employee at the White Marsh store, I eventually learned that my phone was locked because AT&T says I still owe money on a tablet I purchased through them. My biggest issue isn't simply that there was a balance. If I owed money that needed to be paid before my devices could be unlocked or transferred, I would have handled it. The problem is that **no one clearly told me this upfront.** I spoke with multiple AT&T employees specifically about transferring my service. Not one person simply said, "Before you can complete this transfer, you have an outstanding device balance that needs to be paid." Had someone provided that information when I went into the store that morning, I could have addressed the balance immediately and saved myself hours of unnecessary phone calls, confusion, and frustration. After several years as a customer, I expected better communication and better customer service. Instead, I received conflicting and incomplete information from multiple representatives while trying to do something as straightforward as transferring my own phone numbers. This experience is exactly why I decided to leave AT&T in the first place. Customers shouldn't have to speak with multiple representatives and spend hours troubleshooting simply to get a clear explanation of what is preventing an account transfer. AT&T needs to do a much better job training its employees to give customers **complete and accurate information the first time.** After years of being a customer, this was an extremely disappointing way for the relationship to end.
