I came in on a Saturday afternoon and had to drop it off and return since it was busy and took about 2 hours. The tech was the only one running the store and said that it would be faster on weekdays. One thing to note that this is Chinatown, and there is no proper lines, so I would recommend walking up and getting acknowledged as next in line when you walk in. While I was waiting patiently for some ladies being assisted, several people came in, and basically cut in, which was annoying. Other than that, great job as phone looks and works like new again!

Just the worst experience I have had personally with a phone store. I guess they are usually locked in. I am thankful I had options.
