Service is nice they attend fast and are very nice and tell you your problem without trying to sell something that isn't what you need. They have selection of products not going overboard. And prices are great I got a new protector for 10$. read more

Called because I had some questions about a promotion going on. Person I talked to wouldn't let me finish asking my questions and then would give me answers based on what she thought I was trying to ask. At the end of the conversation they asked if I wanted a new phone, I said that I wasn't going to go through with anything on the spot. Once she heard that she hung up on me without warning and without asking me if I had any other questions. read more

I had one of the worst experiences with a retail person in my life. I walked into the store to meet my daughter-in-law as we were both buying new phones. She was in the middle of telling a man that he was being rude so she would wait for the other sales person. He was sitting at a table and without getting up or attempting to help, he kept throwing out random comments and asking what her problem was. I told him she said he was being rude. As we looked at the phones he continued to make comments including when the other salesperson came out with the phones we were looking at. As we were trying to do our business he kept commenting (still from his chair). At that point, I said, "lets go somewhere else". My DIL didn't want to go as she had already started her transaction. I asked him if he wanted to lose customers but he just kept commenting. I asked for his name so I could report him and he called me Karen. I said my name isn't Karen and he said no but you're acting like one. I responded with no I'm not and that was very rude then walked away. I went back to work with the other person and asked for the man's name. I didn't get it but figured I would wait until we were done. He left the room and we continued with our business. Another salesperson came out to help me while my DIL finished her transaction. As I was preparing to leave, I asked for his name again and found out that he is the store manager. Neither of the sales people wanted to give me his name but I insisted. I will be reporting Curtis to AT&T for his behavior, as well. read more

I wouldn't bother with a certified retailer like this store. Especially when there is a corporate AT&T store in IF. If you do choose to interact with them, don't buy any AT&T brand equipment from them or you'll end up in the same boat as me, where the sales rep incorrectly creates a sale unassociated to your account essentially forcing you to keep your receipt instead of the account record being your proof of purchase. So when the equipment you bought fails within a few weeks and you didn't keep the receipt because the reps told you they would honor an exchange anywhere in the US. You end up out of luck when the manager continues to repeat his rhetoric and refuses to help in any way to mitigate or resolve their sales representatives failures. read more

My girlfriend and I are from the Netherlands and were on vacation in the United States. Since we weren't planning on making any phonecalls, we did not purchase an international simcard for those purposes. Things changed when our rental car got damaged and we needed to make a phonecall to the car rental company. After we asked Zac, one of the employees, what our options were, he offered us to make the phonecall with one of their AT&T telephones, for free! It saved us a lot of extra costs for just that phonecall. Zac even got us some icecold bottles of water, which was very welcome with high outside temperatures like on that day. Honestly the worst AT&T ever. I went in with my husbands phone because it would no longer charge. I told the blonde short haired lady there that we just got it less than 6 months ago and had a warranty that we pay every month for issues like this. She told me I could either spend $200 and file a claim... or $450+ to pay the phone off... or buy a cheap phone but still pay monthly on the other phone....or go get it fixed at a repair shop. As my phone is getting fixed right now at a repair shop my mom calls our AT&T back in California who tells us that the lady here in the rexburg location was so beyond wrong and we could have gotten a brand new phone replacement for absolutely free. So now I'm down $75 for repair after having to wait hours and hours. Not okay. read more
