Extremely frustrating experience. What should have been a 15-30 minute activation turned into…read moreapproximately 5 hours over the weekend, another 2 1/2 hours for my husband on Monday, and multiple trips back to the store. The store manager helped me both Saturday and spent hours trying to activate my warranty phone and then process my upgrade. I was eventually told there was an outage and to return the next day. I later discovered my warranty phone was still receiving calls and texts because it had never been properly deactivated. On Sunday, Jayda helped me and had everything activated in about 5 minutes. I also left my warranty phone at the store because it was supposed to be my trade-in. Unfortunately, I later discovered the trade-in was never entered into the system, and I wasn't even given a receipt. On Monday, my husband needed his warranty phone activated and again spent 2 1/2 hours with the store manager. Eventually, Jayda and Emily stepped in, and Emily had it working within minutes. Emily also helped my husband with an iPad purchase and had him out quickly. The biggest issue was being given conflicting information about the taxes I supposedly owed, including being told my phone could potentially be considered lost or stolen. Verizon Customer Service later confirmed they could not find the amount the store manager claimed I owed and confirmed the phone was not considered lost or stolen. I was also promised a call from management that never came. I understand outages happen, but hours of wasted time, an unprocessed trade-in, no receipt, conflicting charges, and having other employees repeatedly fix issues should not happen. That said, Jayda and Emily were amazing--kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. They resolved in minutes what had taken hours. They deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Unfortunately, because of everything that happened, I would not recommend dealing with this store manager. If I ever have to return, I will specifically ask for Jayda or Emily.

I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I should have known when I walked in and was the only…read moreone in the store. They have Verizon on the front of the building but they are a contract facility. I was quoted 171 to upgrade my phone and agreed to this. I was there for 3 hours while the girl tried to set the phone up and kept calling numerous people to help her. Needless to say she set it up wrong several times. When she did get it setup and I went to pay she said that will be 373 dollars. I immediately told her no she had said 171 the staff argued with me until one slipped and said we said 171 dollars. They still gave me a hard time when I asked the to give my phone back and turn it back on. The initially said they couldn't and then after some discussion which was not nice they turned it back on. I left the store with my phone. I called Verizon the following morning and upgraded my phone for the I-phone14 max plus for 90 dollars with verizon which is even better than the phone they were trying to get me to buy. I would not recommend this store unless you want to wait forever, deal with incompetent staff and pay way more than you should.

The gentleman in charge of that department was named Ben. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on everything TV related, he was super helpful in ensuring that my wife would get exactly what she wanted. He took his time in explaining (in detail) the differences between all the TV's we looked at, how they worked, features, price range, etc etc. After our purchase I felt confident that we made the best decision for our home and that was all because the associate took his time to help us. If for any reason anyone is looking to buy a TV or electronics, I strongly encourage you visit with Ben at Best Buy. The 5 star rating was all due to great costumer service that exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be going back.

The rep also failed to mentioned I had 60 days only to submit my last phone bill or forfeit getting reimbursed. Calling AT&T did nothing as they would not pay me what I was owed. So now I'm out the money I paid out of pocket to pay off the phones switched. I will never use any product from AT&T again, and I'm also canceling my internet service I've had with them for multiple years.

Was told we had to pay it off ourselves. Then switch to Verizon then we would be reimbursed in the same amount back to us after a few months with a gift card. Only to find out I was misinformed & that now we are out the $400 as not only was I given the wrong information but also my inquiry was never logged into their system when I called, like they are supposed to do. Not only am I a loyal customer of 12 years but I brought them another customer. I asked if anything could be added as a discount in the amount but was given the run around by customer service again! Extremely frustrating & disappointment with Verizon. Thinking I need to cancel all 3 lines & take my business elsewhere!  I shouldn't  be misled & not given a solution while I'm out that much money. Misinforming customers & not fixing the problem is the best way to upset a loyal customer & lose them while they ensure to let people know how badly they conduct business.
