This has been my store for years. I just left very frustrated as the manager, John, directed me to billing on information that was told to me by his store every year regarding suspending a number. Imagine a business consistently offering a service and fee for a specific situation every year and then one day you go in to do it again and they act like that has never been done before. I've NEVER been treated this way in this store. I've never seen this manager before, although he said he has been there for years. I walked out of there frustrated and as I walked out, I heard him say sarcastically the name of my non profit account. THAT CROSSES THE LINE! I called him on it and he continued to use the "show me the door" voice. I did not want to make a scene because there were other customers there. JOHN, you need relieved. This store had the worst service. Although we had an appointment, they still just service people as they come in. Then the manager said he was waiting on a rep then said there are no other reps to help us. I guess the store manager can't help people. We walked out. I wouldn't have bought anything from them if I didn't have a phone. I would like to further my complaint to AT&T so they know the type of businesses that are representing their company. II've been with AT&T since 06... And this past spring I went to the beaver valley store and was "sold" on a 40gb promo plan that I was told would be less than I was paying at the time and we all (5 people) could receive iPhone 6's....my husband and I gave up our unlimited data because we were told we average each 2-5gb each month ... Wrong ...We all use more than that. Nothing has changed since ...my kids apparently use 7-10 and my husband now uses 6-8 ...we have not changed our habits in anyway. My bill is $25 more/month now my husband and I did not get iPhone 6 because that would raise our bill $50 more a month on their payment plans they offer . I usually never had a problem with this store BUT lately it's literally terrible customer service. First I returned a phone to the store and I am being charged over $1063 for it. I have been trying to resolve this issue for weeks and it's still not resolved. Tyler gave me his direct phone number but every time I call I get his vm and no one returns my call. I call customer service and they tell me I have to go to the store. A few weeks ago we went in the store to pick up a phone we ordered online and THE MANAGER Matt said he would wait on us after his current customer. We waited for an hour then found out he left out the back door and went home without waiting on us or getting someone else to. Today I have been trying to call the store for 30 mins no one answers the phone. I literally want to cancel my At&t contract over this. read more
