Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is.
