Not a real AT&T store. Bought an iphone for my daughter (delivered today) from AT&T that went into a software loop. This isn't that rare because AT&T ships their phones without current operating system updates. Rather than plug the phone in to reset it, or swap the defective product out, or even send us to an Apple Store the representative, Zay, told us to ship the phone back to AT&T (at our expense). When I asked them to change the phone, or fix it, they threatened me repeatedly with calling the police and aggressively started demanding that I stand in different locations in their store. I finally sat in a white customer chair and that was not good enough for Zay. I called a neighbor who is an executive for AT&T. He told me to go to a "real" AT&T store. In retrospect I wish the police would have arrived and filed a report. Zay misrepresented his identity and the identity of the store manager. At no point did he, or anyone else, make a representation that this wasn't an AT&T store, but was a side hustle with no phone number, email address and in all ways holds themselves unaccountable for anything they sell. read more

Second time I have been to this location & they have been unable to fulfill simple requests. I then go to another store and it's handled. Very poor customer service at this location. Employees want to do the bare MINIMUM! Do not recommend. read more

I did not realize that the AT&T stores differ and are not all owned by AT&T; therefore, the independent AT&T retail stores can vary in both charges for merchandise and offer varying credit on your trade-in phones. I mean a great difference and not in a good way. The corporate store offers a much greater price for your phone than this particular store. A $300 difference. I almost made a mistake by patronizing this store but I chose to dig in deeper. The manager could not or chose not to entertain my question as to why that is, as well. I'm going to take my business to the corporate store from now on. Lesson learned. read more

This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to! My husband broke his phone and unfortunately we had to pay it off. No big deal, these sales people decided it would be a good idea to add a line to the broken phone and upgrade our service to premium without our permission. SURPRISE now we have a $500 phone bill! Definitely will be switching to another phone service after this. These sales associates just want to make a quick buck and don't actually want to help. HORRIBLE SERVICE read more

Terrible customer service. Guy stayed on his phone and didn't bother to even make eye contact let alone help with us buying an I phone. Walked out and they could care less. Never going there again. AT&T needs to hire better crowd. read more

If I could give this store 0 out of 5 stars, I would. First time I go in there to get a new phone, the guy at the front told me a lot of inaccurate information just to up-sell me on more storage and unnecessarily expensive accessories. A few days later, I go in to return the expensive case I bought there because I found a better one, and the guy said he needs a manager to do my return since it won't go through to my card. He told me to come in the next day when his manager is there. The next day I call ahead at about 5:15pm to make sure the manager is in the store and the employee on the phone says she is out and will be back to the store in 30 minutes and that she will be there the rest of the night. I come to the store around 6:15pm, and the door is locked. Nobody is there, and it's on the door clear as day that the store is supposed to be open until 8pm. I call in, someone answers and says okay hold on and puts me on hold. I walk to my car, and I see the manager walking up to the front door with phone in hand, unlock the door from the outside and run inside. Then I get in to return the phone case, and I get an attitude about why her employee wasn't able to conduct my refund the day prior. Like it was my fault he couldn't figure it out or something. What the hell is actually going on at this store?! I've actually never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I will be sure to drive out of my way to a different store next time just to avoid this place. read more

This place sells AT&T wireless amongst other things. Though we are not with AT&T we walked in to learn about what they have to offer and maybe switch providers. We were greeted by a guy named Zohaib, and he was great. He took the time to listen to our needs and he explained the features to many phones and went over different plan options with us. He really made our experience there great. Though we did not switch over to AT&T, because our plan would have been higher then what we currently pay for, with Sprint, we still purchased some new accessories for our current phones. If we ever decide to switch over to AT&T, we will definitely go find Zohaib! THANKS! read more

I've been using this location for about 6 months now. I've had great experiences with them up until this month. I upgraded my phone and was instructed to return it to the store in order to get credit for my new phone. I did as I was told and returned the old iPhone directly to the manager, who assured me that he would send it out first thing in the morning. Please note, he took my phone and set it down on a counter with several other phones and no written documentation of what it was. 3 weeks later, I received my billing statement that said I owed an extra $150 for the "missing" phone. After speaking to countless representatives through the AT&T Customer Service line and being told that they had no records my phone was even sent, I contacted the manager at this location. He assured me that he had sent my phone and it would still take up to 5-10 more days to process the order. I was told that as soon as my phone was received I would get notified. However, I would have to pay the full amount and would be reimbursed for the phone right away. At this point, I still had about 3 weeks until my bill was due and was hesitant to pay the full amount without knowing for certain that I would be reimbursed so I decided to wait until I received notification that my old phone was processed. Last weekend I realized that I still had not heard anything about my phone and that my bill was now due. I took the time to go into this location to inquire about the latest update on my phone processing issues. I was greeted my a nice gentleman (I believe his name was Adaryl), who I had worked with before. He claimed that he could not find out anything about this issue and that he would speak to the manager the next day. I gave him my contact information and was promised a phone call the next day. I did not hear from them so I decided to call myself that next afternoon. I spoke with a woman name Jasmine who told me the manager would not be in at all today and that the earliest he could speak to me would be the next day. Again, I had been told I'd have this situation handled by today and at this point my bill was now late. No one in that store could give me any information about my phone's whereabouts and I began to worry that my phone was never sent in to begin with. I voiced these concerns, letting Jasmine know that all I wanted was to get this situation handled today so that I could pay my bill to avoid any late charges and be reassured my old phone was properly sent. Jasmine could not have been more rude, yelling at me about how she had no authority to verify this information and that it was not her job. Needless to say, this ten minute phone call ended with me being assured (once again) that I would be contacted the next day by the manager of the store. It has been 6 days since this took place and I have yet to receive a phone call from this location's manager. I have been a loyal customer of AT&T since 2004 and have never been treated so poorly like I was by Jasmine. I certainly understand that everyone in the store is given different responsibilities and cannot help every single customer with each individual problem. However, keep your promises and return the calls. I had to go above the manager' chain-of-command just to find out where my phone was. So although my problem has since been resolved (thanks AT&T Customer Service!), it would've been nice to have had it handled by the man who caused the issues in the first place. I sincerely hope that Jasmine is having a better week and that maybe she will learn how to communicate in a respectful manner with future customers. I, however, will not go into that store again to see if this has occurred. read more

I have visited this store for the second and last time. The first visit was "only" poor customer service - well to be more specific TERRIBLE customer service. This store is apparently only ever staffed with one employee on weekdays. When I went in to buy a charger, I picked it up off the rack and brought it to the counter only to be curtly told I've have to wait before the employee could ring it up because he was helping a family set up a new contract with multiple phones. I waited 45 minutes and in the meantime several other customers came in, waited 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged and left. After 45 minutes I left too. The employee never even bothered to acknowledge any other customer. He could have taken one minute to quickly ring up my purchase but wouldn't do it. Yesterday I stopped in to see if they could help me with a minor issue with my iPhone 5 (in very good condition) and the agent informed me that because it was 2 years old it wasn't any good and I'd need to upgrade. He then offered me $40 on the trade-in which I hesitated to take. I told him I didn't want to do that and I'd rather sell it. He pressured me, saying that I was lucky I'd even get $40 for it and even though I wasn't convinced I reluctantly agreed because customers were waiting impatiently behind me (as usual only one employee was in the store.) I walked out, thought about it for a few minutes, then came back in the store and told him (after waiting for him to conclude his lengthy business with the other customers) that I just didn't like that deal. Let's start over. He told me he couldn't do that and I'd have to come back and see the manager the next day. And guess what, the manager said "it can't be done". Nothing but a bunch of swindlers in addition to their poor customer service. Will file a complaint against this company and NEVER return there again. read more

I've been very disappointed with my current AT&T store. It will be the last time that I do business with that store. I've been a customer for over ten years and never have been treated like this. It's been two months and a half that I've been trying to get this problem fixed. I've called 611 and I've been to the store multiple times. It's still not fixed. False promises were made by both the store manager and assistant manager. I can't even get the regional manager's number. By far, the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. read more
