The worst experience ever trying to just buy a prepaid SIM card. The original didn't work and the guy that sold it completely screwed up the set up process in my girlfriend's phone. Nobody at this store in Ketchikan, AK knew what they were talking about and the customer service online with AT&T was also terrible. I'll stick with Verizon. read more

The manager Ben is complete prick. He's rude, he looks mad that he has to help, and can't be bothered to even take his AirPod out while helping customers. He ended up refusing to even help us and say we can do what we need by calling the 411 number. Even though I'm standing in the store right then and there with no other customers. He was too busy I guess. Horrible service. read more

I visited this store today looking for a new phone. There were (2) ATT representatives on-site, one was trying to be helpful, but the other was disrespectful and rude. I recommend something different than this ATT store to residents or visitors. So much more accessible, with better selections and customer service online. read more

the data is extremely slow. every time AT&T comes over to met to try and solve the problem, the speed gets progressively slower. most of the time i can't even connect to the internet. not to mention AT&T never listens to their customers who pay an arm and a leg for slow data until they go in store to yell at them. then they'll come over and ""repair the issue"". i'll definitely be switching to GCI when they expand over here. their 3G is way faster than our 4G LTE here in met. (6/15/19) UPDATE: at&t came over to try and fix the issue (again) but surprise, surprise, it got 10x worse. the 4G is a little faster but it's still slow as fuck and the LTE is basically non existent at this point. read more
