Don't come here. They only want to take your money. They made a mistake on my account because Chris M. couldn't write down the correct phone number that we repeated 4 times. Then blame us for not noticing their mistake. read more

Customer service the worst. So unprofessional and rude. No one even welcomed us or greeted us. We didn't even know where to go and then when we asked for help he was like well you just went straight ahead. I'm like yeah because no one told us where to go or what to do or if we need to sign in?!?! WTH! The guys name Israel. He looked like he hated working there, helping customers he even looked like he hated himself. My daughter and I walked in to get an upgrade on 2 phones. Basically, we were going to be an easy sale. Walk in and walk out. Too bad. Shame on you ATT for not taking care of your customers and not making sure your employees are doing their job. This sore has a 2 star rating and supposedly the "corporate store. " read more

Y'all don't come here . It's a waste of time . For starters NO ONE GREETS Or Asks if you need help with something . They don't inform you to sign in or anything. Apparently you have to sign in even to buy just one item . I went in here to buy a screen protector for my iPhone , and the girl was too busy flirting with a customer rather than checking him out and proceeding with the next customer . This location sucks , this location has 1 star for a reason . read more

It's Sunday I'm in a super good mood! I walk into the AT&T store and Diego walks up, your name to put you on the list. So I proceed to say hello he says is that your name? So I said no I'm speaking. He then said again your name? In my opinion this is the epitome of poor customer service. You can't speak to a customer? Im not sure if this is his normal process but it's totally unacceptable! read more

False advertising, wouldn't recommend, I got a phone with unlimited internet just to the second day I was out of data

Place is extremely slow. I walked in to get my iPhone unlocked so I can take it over seas on vacation. The girl at the counter didn't bother to ask anyone, she just told me to sign in on the waiting list. I was third on the list so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. After 30 minutes of waiting the sales person told me that I would have to do it online. Big waste of my time for a simple question that didn't need 30 minutes to e answered. read more

AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Houston, Texas

Come it today and Ulises was great can you help me get a new phone and gadgets for it

This is the slowest AT&T I've ever visited. If you're in a hurry, definitely go to another AT&T store.

So, I walk in just to upgrade and wait an hour and half. Every employee seems to be lolly gagging and taking their time. I see 3 employees waiting on 1 customer. Hilarious. I talk to the manager, Chris, who proceeds to ask me if he knows anyone who needs a job. Christopher, the employee who ended up helping me, gets into a verbal argument with me about the time waited. Overall, bad experience. read more

wait times are so long when you have questions about your account or troubleshooting. I just prefer to directly call AT&T over waiting here and wasting my time with unanswered questions read more

This location should be shut down, bad attitudes and lack of work they try to find any excuse to not help you. Don't go to Yadella she doesn't take her job seriously. read more

I came in after a long day at work and was waited on right away. Mirtha was VERY helpful as well as knowledgeable about assisting me with my upgrade. Everything went really smoothly and timely. Which I really appreciated after my work day. Mirtha gets A++ from me for taking care of me and her business to get me squared away and happy with my new phone and on my way! read more

Expecting great service after a 2 hour wait, I was extremely disappointed. The guy, whom I wish I knew his name, was rude. My brother in law asked a simple question to see if he could find out more about trade in but the guy responded with a rude answer. At first I thought the guy was having a bad day but at the end of the visit, it all just added up to very bad service. I would not return to this att store unless I were to be placed with nicer people. Thank you:) read more
