I went to Moe, who told me there would be an initial diagnostic fee of $75 (with tax, $81.19) which would be applied toward the repair if I chose to proceed. He said it would take some time and that he would call me with an update. The next day, I had not heard anything, so I called him. He repeated that the $75 would go toward the repair if needed and that he would call me once it was ready. Later that afternoon, I called again--he said he had been about to call me and that the phone was ready. When I picked it up, the additional charge was $186.74, bringing my total to $267.93. When I got home, I noticed the phone was very hot and not charging.I called him immediately and instead of offering to fix it, he asked whether I was using a fast or slow charger, suggesting it might be a different issue. I tried charging it overnight, but it never powered up properly. After repeated attempts, I was able to get it to charge up to 80%, but the phone overheats, won't hold a charge longer than two hours, and stops charging entirely until it cools down. Because of these problems, I didn't feel comfortable going back. I went to my carrier instead, but they told me the phone I would need to replace the phone, the repair and use on non apple parts were contributing to the issue. I bought a new phone. At this point, I have an unusable phone, I paid $267.93 in good faith, and Moe refused to even discuss a refund. I understand small businesses have to stay in business but you also have to deliver what you say you will. He did not repair my phone and he refuses to accept any responsibility for it. Bottom line: save yourself the frustration. Go to an authorized repair shop or buy a new phone.

And stopped by chance. - had my phone screen repaired in less then an hour - I opted for the more expensive screen but ended up having an inside issue with my phone so instead of putting it on he went with the lesser expensive one - Satisfaction over money - Great guy !

I showed him the issue and he was still not helping me . They repair phones unlock and resale them but they will not try to help you if you buy them a phone with issues . I have been there a couple of times and chargers dont last but 2 - 4 days because they break off . The owner is not a bad guy but the person working for him is a scammer , selling iphones with camera defaults .

Worst customer service EVER…read more.. Went today to buy a case, First of all you have to wait to be called, even though there was at least 2 representatives available.... Walking around. I mean, c'mon, just need to pay for a case. They called me and I told them I was gonna pay CASH.... OMG!!! Do not say that word there, they all look at you like an alien or something. Had to tell the girl i dont have a card with me, and still... She even reply in Spanish even though i was speaking English. Since she opened her register i asked her if she had change of 20 so i could pay my phone bill in the kiosk (only exact cash ) since she REFUSED to get my payment. And told me i can only pay my bill at the kiosk. I guess. I had Sprint and T-mobile before, their service sucks but never had an issue with their customer service with them.

Stay away from this place --. Brought my iPhone here twice…read morein one month for a cracked screen. Both times, he used cheap, low-quality screens. First replacement: after a minor drop, black spots appeared, spread across the display, and made half the screen unusable -- right before my trip to EDC Vegas. Went back, and he blamed me, charged another $60, and replaced it again. Within a week and after another small drop, it broke the same way. Took it to a shop on Hilcroft for the same price -- they gave me a 30-day warranty, and three months later, my phone is still perfect. Bottom line: you might save a few bucks upfront, but you'll pay more in the long run. Avoid this place if you value your phone and your money.
