The guys who work here were welcoming and assistive as soon as we walked in. In less than 10 minutes, her screen was repaired. The price was a bit steep at $138.87 charged to plastic, but I'm relieved it's replaced and there were no issues. Plus there was a 7-day warranty if any issues did arise. They sell tons of other items... screen protectors, phone cases for a variety of brands & generations, perfumes, colognes, toys, jewelry & more. Free parking in a plaza across from the Home Depot. With this new screen, it started to go very dark, and my face ID does not work with my apps. When taking photos, you can physically see the screen when taking a selfie. Now my phone completely shut off and won't turn back on. Will not be going back to Cell Geeks. Paid $200 for my phone to have more issues. I am not satisfied. Will never go back to Cell Geeks. My screen also lost some receptors to touch because when my phone would turn on, it would take a couple presses on the screen to get it to work. Android phone should be good but never take newer iPhone models to Cell Geeks. They will not install the screen right and leave you with an even bigger problem than scratches.

They are all part of the same piss poor group of bad technicians but the guy here has to be the worst. The screen he used to "repair" my phone was a cheap knock off that was a bad fit to my phone and the touch is off kilter. It continually peels up so I brought it back to get fixed. He lied about it being a battery issue in an attempt to scam more money. In his attempt to fix it, he used super glue and now my phone looks like a pre K kid glued it On top of the bad repair job, his attitude was very aggressive and toxic. Avoid this place and go to a reputable electronics repair shop, that is unless you prefer to pay top dollar to be verbally abused and your phone be in worse shape than when you brought it in. They do offer a 30 day "guarentee" on labor and their cheap parts but no refunds. They know their work is sketchy as hell. Take your phone there at your own peril.
