Ha...this store is a JOKE.
Opened an account on 4-7-20. We told the guy what we wanted in a cell phone and told him which plan we wanted. He suggested the phone and gave us the plan. He then sent us on our way.
Went home, found out he put us on the lowest plan available and we were to be on the highest plan. He gave us subpar phones and phones that could not do what we wanted them to do. Also, found out I already had a phone bill due within less than a week!!!
Tried to return them and get the phones we wanted but another guy was blaming COVID for a no return policy.
We went to Ashland and was told we have every right to return them to the Grayson store. While in Ashland, we got the phones we wanted and new lines. All of a sudden, we were going over terms and conditions, signing stuff etc. Turned out, the guy in Grayson accepted all terms and conditions for me and signed everything for me, so he forged my signature on stuff.
We FINALLY got a hold of the real Grayson manager (the guy on 4-7-20 stated HE was the manager). She told us she was sorry about everything and would take the other phones back and cancel the lines.
We have been calling AT&T since about those lines as they keep showing up on our bill. As of 6-18-20, via online chat, we were finally told those lines were never called until 5-9-20!!!
Never going to this store again. And if you don't want a headache, I'd advise you to take the time and go to a real AT&T store, such as the store in Ashland. read more
