Melissa was the manager on duty. She was coordinating flow and checking -in with everyone . Morris, rep at Apple Store, took the phone to the back to be fixed. The port was working once he got it back. He left it on the charger to verify. He was customer friendly and attentive. He wanted to make sure that phone was charging properly before we left. He asked were we in a hurry and all.

In fact, I loathe android phones and tablets with a great deal of special intense hatred. My Dad insisted on getting android phones and tablets and then would beg me to fix it when it got infected with crap he downloaded. Hate android stuff!!! I begged him to stop with them, and then he died, and I don't have to help him any longer. I am team iPhone all the way until I die! I also have a wife and four kids, all iPhones. Most of us have Apple Watches too. Hopefully my kids won't bitch about my lack of wit when it comes to technology when I am gone. Another reason I am sticking with Tim! This is where it gets sideways.... I hate Mac computers. I had a MacBook Pro for a while and I could not stand the IOS quirks. It was like they intentionally did everything backwards/opposite of Windows. It was so bad, I paid some dude I met at a Taco Bell to partition the hard drive on the MBP and install Windows on one side of it. After that I may have booted the IOS side twice. Now let me say this.... That was the baddest ass Windows computer I have ever owned! I wish I still had it but my old boss confiscated it when he fired me. That's ok, I cooked the drive before I gave him a blank disk brick laptop. So that he didn't any of the info he wanted. Asshat took my phone that day too. Also cleaned and bricked. He went bankrupt a couple years later. Anyway.... I love the Apple Store. The real value is in the knowledge of the teams here and their honest approach to helping you. I came in to get a new phone recently and was let down with how large the phones are now. I have an 12 mini and the battery had gotten bad. I complained about having to get a bigger phone and the associate said "why not just get a new battery for your mini?". Great idea, that's just what I did! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, 7708 POPLAR AVE, SUITE 120, GERMANTOWN TN!!!!!!!…read morei went in to add two lines to my business account, verizon's Dorian, told me i could add two lines and get the 2 iphone 16s, ipads and iwatches with no charge for the devices! and only have the three iphones active! he even told me that the iwatchs would sync to my iphone and that would be no fee. all for a one time activation fee and only have the three phone lines active, approximately $210 a month. i asked him to repeat the deal several times and even recorded the conversation. i paid the activation fee and left. a couple of days later, i went back to the store for help with the watch and there were four separate customers in there agitated and complaining that their bill had increased with "the deal" that Dorian gave them. days later, i notice large deductions from my account from verizon. i went back to the store and Dorian told me that i had to pay for the devices and each device had to have its on line!!!!! well he lied to me as well! i immediately tried to talk to management and i wrote a review on goggle which is still there explaining all this. the owner replied to the review asking to email to help find a resolve. a representative of the owner for verizon did call me and said she would help after hearing the story and finding out the emoployee gave me the wrong information for a business account. I RECEIVED NO HELP, NOTHING. my account bill went from $68 month to over $800 a month and over $9000 in one year. everytime i called, over 5 times each month, i spoke to different foreign employees and no one could help, always saying i have to speak to a different department! if anyone with any rank for Victra or Verizon, please contact me to help resolve this terrible store selling problems!!!

They were extremely friendly and had my phone fixed in about 30 minutes. When I showed up my thumb print ID worked but after the repair it wouldn't. They took $30 off of the repair price which I think is very fair. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for quick repairs at fair prices.

(I touched my cracked screen with wet hands at work and thought, welp, now I've fried my phone completely - yikes.) It flickered green and blue then went totally green and unresponsive. The guys at iFix were knowledgeable, professional, kind, and quick! They were able to offer me several different options. He was up front that if I had internal water damage, the new screen wouldn't save it, but since I did already have a new screen I had ordered from Amazon anyway, we gave it a shot and he was able to install the new screen, no problem. He was able to replace my screen and tell me I didn't have any internal water damage done to my phone in like 20 minutes! I'm sure that my husband and I will be back for any future phone complications or cracked screens we run into. Thanks so much for all the help and information!

They called the next day and said the part was in and that I could come by. I drove up and they fixed my laptop within 30 minutes plus fixed some other stuff about at no charge. Yes, I highly recommend this computer repair shop because they know what they are doing and are real fast at doing it.
