The sales person, who wouldn't even tell me his name, had an attitude from the moment I walked in the door despite the fact that I was the only customer. He was unable/unwilling to assist me and outright rude. I wanted to purchase a new phone and after 2 visits, left without one. There was an issue with the account which he only exacerbated and could offer no solution. After my second visit, he refused to even provide me with a customer service number so I could see if I could get the account 'unstuck.' The following day, I went to the Victra Verizon store in Toms River where the problem was resolved by a compassionate, knowledgeable sales person. Within 30 minutes, I had a new phone. If you need a new phone, I would highly recommend making the drive off the island!

No call. 3rd time I go back and they take my number again. No call. I reach out today and I'm told too much time has passed and they won't refund me. I didn't know then, as I know now, that this is NOT an official Verizon store. No wonder the "customer service" rep I talked to at this place couldn't help me. Still, he was one of the rudest, most arrogant and least helpful people I've ever encountered in retail. He was totally lost with the tech as he pretended to diagnose my phone, but he blamed everybody else but himself, and ultimately told me that my phone was a lost cause. Of course he then tried to sell me on a new phone, but he didn't seem to care when I turned him down.
