For 2 weeks straight I tried calling, texting, emailing, and visiting the shop just to be ignored, i had to contact the local police department just to get my laptop back. I immediately took my laptop to a company called CPR in Leesville and my problem was fixed within a day. Im warning yall now, please dont waste your time for computer issues.

I don't hear anything for SEVEN months. I finally go in to check on their progress and they inform me that a replacement processor could not be found, so they just sat on it for seven months. I take my computer, go home, get on google and find a replacement processor in under 45 seconds.

So when I got the Moto z, a much less expensive phone, I contacted them and it took multiple phone calls just to get them to send me a label to send the phone back to them. Then they wanted me to pay a $50 restocking fee for their error! It is now June and I have repeatedly called to cancel this service but they refuse to refund my money and would only give me credit on my optimum internet bill until the majority of what I paid in advance for their optimim mobile was provided back to me. During this time they made further charges on the credit card I used for my initial purchase and the mobile line was never activated! Customer service for this company involves repeatedly being transferred to someone else who almost always speaks poor English so is difficult to understand and repeatedly being put on hold. It's a nightmare!!!

Guess who I'm on the phone with now trying to cancel again because they kept trying to bill me? 13 months after leaving the address and giving them their stuff back, fifth times a charm I hope. Worse than useless customer service, bordering on scammish.
