My husband took it to the new Gadget MD located in the HEB in Deer Park to see if they could fix it. They did! A brand new screen! The service was phenomenal! Fast forward a few weeks. My phone stopped charging because the connection between the connector and charger was bad. He took it in again and they fixed it! My phone now charges to 100% in no time!! Yesterday, I was trying to take a picture with my camera and the screen was black! I took it in and he looked at it and said there was a disconnected wire and even showed me the inside of my phone!! It was awesome and he FIXED it!! Instead of giving up and buying a new phone, they fixed all of the issues with my phone for a very reasonable price. The customer service is remarkable! So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
